You will certainly experience it here, when you stay here. I had to reserve for an extra night and the staff did such a great job accommodating my reservation, before I even arrived. The hotel, although close to the highway, offered very quiet rooms. I did not hear other guests from my room. EXTERIOR: The exterior was nice and clean. In the front, you do have a limited parking. However, there are additional spaces in the back. LOBBY: Lobby was clean and spacious, offering some seating. The ladies that check you in and out are very kind and cheerful. I had a pleasant experience at the Check-In Counter. They were doing some drawings for members to give away complimentary Marriott Points. I became a new member few weeks prior to staying here. It was nice to receive extra 800 Marriott Points from the drawing. SERVICE: The service was absolutely amazing at this location. Phoebe, Sherrie and the rest of the staff did such an amazing job. They were all very friendly, helpful and professional. You couldn't have asked for a nicer team to take care of each guests. HALLWAYS: The hotel hallways don't have A/C working on the third floor. It stayed fairly warm inside. Once you're inside your room, the A/C worked good. ROOM: I stayed in Room 306. It was pleasant and comfortable inside. I had two queen beds, work desk with chair, tv, microwave and fridge. The beds were comfortable. Pillows were a bit small but they were comfortable too. The blankets and sheets were clean. The room throughout has green carpet that was pleasant to walk on. My A/C did have minor issues not working but it wasn't big deal for me. BATHROOM: Bathroom was nice and clean, offering large sink space. The sink water pressure was good. Plenty of towels are offered here. If you do need extra, ask the staff at the front desk and they'll be happy to assist you. The shower work great with good water pressure. WATER BOTTLES: Should you need water for your room, they do offer complimentary water bottles you can ask for at the front desk. BREAKFAST: I had breakfast here for three different mornings and all three mornings it was very tasty. Each morning you will have something different for your main hot meals. One of the mornings they offered; Cage-Free Scrambled Eggs, Turkey Sausage, Pork Sausage and Jalapeño Three-Cheese Baked Soufflé. Then they offered Oatmeal with nine different toppings to choose from. Bagels, English muffins with jam and cream cheese. A waffle maker with batter. In the mini fridge they had yogurt, milk and water. Fresh Orange juice and Apple Juice. They really had each guest in mind, offering healthy options with other food options. OVERALL: I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Conway. It was such a nice and enjoyable experience that I am looking forward to returning and staying here.

BUT the front office manager was very helpful his name is Cameron Wiley he's very professional and helpful if their was a issue with the room or anything in particular . We stayed sun to Labor Day in which I believe the the Inn was supposed to be closed on Monday but the Inn was open All because of Cameron and the other staff . On a Friday night it is very dangerous. Don't be fooled and think you can go through the light and sneak in through the Golden Coral parking lot. It doesn't work. The staff is really nice. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are about the size you would expect. For a two star motel, the rooms themselves seem better than you would expect to get. Literally my only complaint about the motel itself would be the toilet seat needed to be tightened.

When we took our shoes off our white socks were covered in black dog hair and so much dirt that it was caked on our socks. I went to the office to report it and was told they didn't have housekeeping. I asked if I could get a mop to mop it myself and was told no. We weren't even offered a different room. We were there for 3 days for a family member who in the and didn't have time to worry about changing hotels and shouldn't have had to. So I took all the towels and wet them in the shower and pushed them around the room with my feet to get as much of the filth up as I could. I told the front desk I had to do it and showed her the towels as proof of the filth on the floor. Her response was "we have good bleach for the towels. Before we left I finally talked with some man who claimed to be the manager or owner or something like that. He called me a liar and said we dirty the towels ourselves and that his floors are steam cleaned. I told him I would no allow his BS of blaming us and had proof of the filth and nasty towels. I have never been so pissed. This nasty place needs shut down and this manager and the dam employees that refused to clean this nasty room should be fired. I have the pictures to prove this !

Amid the Covid-19 outbreak I felt that all safeguards were taken. I would highly recommend and stay here again.

The hotel is clean and the rooms as well as the rest of the hotel is well appointed and maintained. The staff is friendly and very helpful. You have relatively quick access to the freeway and the downtown area from the hotel. Water pressure in the shower was good. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The thermostat was easy to use and the blinds did a great job of keeping the sun out. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again.

The hotel is very easy to access I 40, right behind Wal Mart and very accessible to a lot of restaurants and shopping. We bring an enclosed trailer with us and there is plenty of parking for the trailer. Microtel - Sanders St. (Conway)…read more I was extremely surprised with this hotel. Fully renovated in 2024. They have the coolest pancakes maker! This was my first time staying at Microtel. Previously, a lot of Microtels didn't seem decent enough to stay. I thought they maybe too cheap and staff don't take good care of the property or customers. Not here. Let me start by sharing with you that they did full renovations in 2024. They completed their final phase few months ago with the lobby. The staff, honestly, treated me like I checked into a high-end hotel. Very polite, helpful and generous. HOSPITALITY: I originally was only going to stay overnight for business trip. But then, I booked twelve hours earlier before check-in for second night. When I asked, "Could I stay in same room the second night without checking out?" She replied, "Yes you can. I will put a note down, but please mention to the morning staff for verification." Sure enough, next morning I confirmed to stay in same room. No hassle at all. That's how true hotel hospitality supposed to be. No matter the price you pay. ROOM: Room. OMG! I was surprised how spacious, brightly lit and nice it was. Beds were comfortable. Shower was great. Very generous portion of towels. My room was superb. BREAKFAST: They have the coolest pancakes maker. With one push of a button and a minute later, you get two pancakes. I had to try it and take video of it. Pancakes were ok, not great. It could definitely be better if they increase the oven heat. They were too pale for my liking. But, I don't really eat pancakes much. Breakfast was good. Not a lot of options but I give them credit for doing their best. I got a cheese omelette. Mine was cold, since it was the only one left in tray warmer. They later brought more. I would definitely recommend it here. It's a great location. I'm looking forward to returning here.
