When we took our shoes off our white socks were covered in black dog hair and so much dirt that it was caked on our socks. I went to the office to report it and was told they didn't have housekeeping. I asked if I could get a mop to mop it myself and was told no. We weren't even offered a different room. We were there for 3 days for a family member who in the and didn't have time to worry about changing hotels and shouldn't have had to. So I took all the towels and wet them in the shower and pushed them around the room with my feet to get as much of the filth up as I could. I told the front desk I had to do it and showed her the towels as proof of the filth on the floor. Her response was "we have good bleach for the towels. Before we left I finally talked with some man who claimed to be the manager or owner or something like that. He called me a liar and said we dirty the towels ourselves and that his floors are steam cleaned. I told him I would no allow his BS of blaming us and had proof of the filth and nasty towels. I have never been so pissed. This nasty place needs shut down and this manager and the dam employees that refused to clean this nasty room should be fired. I have the pictures to prove this !

The hotel is clean and the rooms as well as the rest of the hotel is well appointed and maintained. The staff is friendly and very helpful. You have relatively quick access to the freeway and the downtown area from the hotel. Water pressure in the shower was good. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The thermostat was easy to use and the blinds did a great job of keeping the sun out. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again.

The hotel is very easy to access I 40, right behind Wal Mart and very accessible to a lot of restaurants and shopping. We bring an enclosed trailer with us and there is plenty of parking for the trailer. The breakfast is the normal free hotel breakfast, but the staff are always nice, the food service areas are always clean and there is plenty of seating.

Furniture, beds, etc. I was here for 2 days and couldn't get comfortable on these hard beds. This actually created an issue for me during the day as I couldn't get any real sleep. I felt like I was laying on a concrete slab. The only way I could tolerate it was to pile up all the pillows and lay on that. See pic. Now if you enjoy rock hard beds this is definitely your spot! Now let's be completely honest here. We stay at hotels for the room, mostly the bed. So please upgrade these mattresses!

Conway Expo Convention - Conway…read more It's a fairly large space, offering multiple meeting rooms. Good size parking spaces on both sides of the building. Came down here for an event and the place looked clean with modern light fixtures. The friendly people who put on this event did such a great job and were very helpful to all the guests in attendance. As you enter the lobby, my personal favorite is the wall painted, floor to ceiling bookcase.

I mean, they have coffee!…read more The Innovation Hub is a rare kind of business - it's a Maker Space, Collaborative Workspace, Meeting Space, Class and Lecture space, event space... More than anything, it's just a giant collection of varied and profound potential. It's a giant toolbox waiting to be used. And not just as a physical space, there are tons of resources for people who want to build prototypes, apply for patents, learn new skills, or just play around. Spaces like this aren't new, but they've been popping up all over the country as Startups/Innovators/Entrepreneurs are becoming more common than they've been in decades. Where the "ARHub" stands out from most though is that it sprang out of the ground with generous funding and pure-gold real-estate, allowing it to be centrally located and valuable to people who would use it, right away. Most other areas rely on donations and crowd-funding to open and maintain these spaces, and are almost never as stable or have quite so many resources as ours does. The ARHub also deserves special notice for the attention it's gotten from other groups in Arkansas, from state Colleges to local and regional Politicians and Foundations. I could go on all day here, but I'll stop at that because there's just too much to cover. Let me just say it's absolutely worth coming in to check it out - even for the building itself, and to grab a cup of coffee while you're there, let alone the classes, events and resources available. Some resources are available for free, the classes in particular, and the building itself are more or less open to use. That also includes some of the individual coaching and grants they have. The tools and materials areas you do have to pay for, and they have monthly memberships and - if I'm not mistaken - short term options for using the spaces. Top marks!
