This hotel seems to be a newer location or its very well taken care of. The lobby is very clean and welcoming and the staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and well laid out. My only issue was that I had was that was very little hot water when I went to take a shower in the morning before I departed. I informed the front desk and she was very apologetic and stated she would let maintenance know so they could troubleshoot immediately. I will definitely be back here to stay if I'm traveling in this location. read more

Nice place to stay if you're traveling through on your way some place else. We were greated warmly and our room was clean and spacious. One thing I really thought was cool was the lamps next to the bed had outlets for charging your phone or devices. It's little things like this that make it your stay more comfortable and complement the hotel. Only reason I gave it a four was no free breakfast but for the price I paid it's certainly makes it a true value. read more

This out stay here in the last 4 years when we come to visit family. The first visit was good and was why we returned in Dec '24. When arriving we were met with the rudest most unhelpful front desk attendant in any hotel I have ever visited. At the time we decided to not stay here again. For the current stay, the benefit of the doubt was applied and we booked again. Upon arrival, after checking in online and only needing to retrieve keys (no digital key available) we waited with no greeting and were then told (well after 5pm) that our room wasn't ready. We asked for a similar room that was. It took longer than it should to get our room. The next morning we went to have breakfast downstairs and were met with yelling from the kitchen area. A protracted, heated and loud argument was heard by everyone in the lobby and dining areas. I am not sure who does the hiring for this location, but their goal isn't to insure return visits or an exceptional experience. read more

ADVICE: CONVENIENTLY LOCATED TO UCA- Super friendly, well priced, and very clean!!! These are a few of my favorite things...especially when it's where I lay my head at night. We were in Conway for a college tour of UCA and loved the convenient location of this hotel. It felt safe when entering at night. During the day, pulling out of the parking lot was easy as well. It's also conveniently located to some quick eat stops. We will definitely choose this as our go to place to stay again when visiting our daughter in her first year of college next year! read more

Three days before arrival I contacted the hotel to find out if they provide clean ironing boards and irons and they said, yes! I said I need them clean because we are ironing very expensive event clothing. Keita informed me that inspection and cleaning the irons is part of housekeeping services. Well guess what... I have been through two home 2 irons now so I guess I have to go buy one if I want one that won't leave behind burnt starch or plastic gummy stuff, rust or whatever. No hot water. Water is about 100°. Sounds hot right? It's not! Your body is 98.6 so the difference is about 2°. So if you're sore and expecting to get relief from a hot bath or shower, forget it. The shower gel and shampoo is multi use pumps hanging in the shower. When you push on them they fall apart. Now you're bending trying to get the pumps or standing to get soap. Please just forget that Anybody could put anything in there. So you want a bar soap with your bath/shower? That's fine there is one bar of soap but when you come in to wash your hands, you'll have to grab the one that you washed your butt with out of the shower. Hotel is quiet. A+ Front desk lady was very nice, scared, and brand new! Ac works perfectly and provides white noise. Elevator gives you 5-6 seconds to get in before it slams shut! Both doors open, I push my cart to the nearest one, SLAM! Closed. I push the up button again but it doesn't open. The other elevator opens. I move the awkward cart again to open door. SLAM! (Cue the circus music!) Imagine if you were disabled, elderly or slow moving. The doors slammed on me one time, slammed on the cart one time. Slammed on my husband one time. I hate them! 4 seconds discriminatory and dangerous. Someone will or has been hurt. I've never complained about an elevator before in my life. Disabled or slower moving people are not welcome at this hotel. The elevators disinvite you. I went down to breakfast and was watching the employee put out new cups into the coffee area she slid the plastic off of the coffee cups and a whole stack fell to the floor. No problem, she picked them up and shoved them into the cup holder for the guests to put in their mouths. Knock knock knock. Who could be at my door? I have a do not disturb sign on it. It was housekeeping to tell me that I am supposed to check out today, and I am late. She had the wrong room, the wrong floor, and unfortunately I was sleeping and she woke me up and I needed that rest. read more

Water comes out on floor. Overall room was dirty. Free breakfast good but very limited hours. Wall are paper thin and you can hear dogs barking and T.V. From guests next door. Stopped here as we were taking a two day drive west. Easily the worst home2suites I have ever stayed in. At check on, the front desk agent simply continued her personal phone call on her air pods - not the most hospitable impression. We get up to our floor and there's piles of dirty towels in the hall (at 7:00 at night so housekeeping had clearly left). The room itself was very run down. Lots of mismatched paint patches throughout. Smelled musty. The bed was not really "made". Nothing was tucked in. The sheets and blanket were just kind of draped on the bed. Everything came loose and my toes are hanging out writin minutes of losing down. Also, no hand soap in the bathroom. Gross! Went downstairs to find some and no one was around. Waited and waited. Finally the front desk agent came back but was off her phone. The remote was the dirtiest remote I have ever seen. Nasty nasty nasty. It had not even been wiped for weeks - there was like food on it. Also, it was wrapped in making tape which I am sure collected lots of nasties. Breakfast did not start until. 7 am, not 6 like most home2suites (so now we are back on the road an hour late). We like Home2Suites generally but this one was a dud. We got in late and tired to a room with a filthy sofa and sheets as thin as a Kleenex. Stairwell carpets and handrails and doors covered in filth. Clerk could not have cared less when informed at checkout. Said it was housekeeping's fault. Worn sheets are worn sheets. I travel for my job and usually stay at a Hilton. This property should be a training site for all new employees! the rooms are clean, bed was comfortable, everything you expect, but the front desk was the best I have seen. i have been greeted every time I passed, and they are engaging. I had a sparkle shirt on and a clerk told me that she liked my shirt. Other places I barely get a know. The breakfast was so inviting with more choices and breakfast lady was even friendly! This is a really nice hotel, especially for only a one night stay. Conway seems to be a nice area with several dining options conveniently alongside I-40. Quite a few are less than a block or few away, but are also available on the delivery apps. The hotel is very clean and comfortably modern (modern with some color and warmth added). Parking is free and the staff were very nice and texted to follow up if everything is okay with my room and a follow up to ask a text back rating from 1-10 my experience there. It seems to be pretty new, and many Hilton awards are displayed in their lobby from their few years there. I liked that they had Lysol Disinfecting Spray available by the elevators and several sanitization stations throughout the property. The next day, I called there and spoke to Allen, and after he spoke to the maid in charge, I was told they never found my charger. Even after I described it thoroughly. FILTHY!!!!! During Covid, Hilton claims to have state-of-the-art cleaning and disinfecting NOPE. It's 3 AM. We finally arrive, exhausted. The elevator smells strongly of urine. We get to our room and break the Hilton Cleanstay Seal sticker on the room door.... There are hairs everywhere. The toilet is visibly dirty. There are smudges on everything and strange nasty stains on the sofa and the bed. We call the front desk and are told by Kirsten that there are no other rooms available and no one to clean the room. She offered us Honors points and gave us cleaning supplies. Then I found a hair IN THE BED. I asked if she could get us a room across the street at the Hilton Garden Inn. She called them and sent us walking over at 3:20 AM with all of our things on a cart. When we arrived, Arthur told us he had rooms available but couldn't let us in because of our 11 pound dog. WHY did Kirsten from Home2 send us there if they don't take dogs???!!! Arthur 'IDGAF' could not have been less helpful, and by the way WAS NOT WEARING A MASK. We're currently driving 30 minutes to another hotel at 4 AM because this Hilton is absolutely disgusting and they could not care less about their customers. read more

From front desk staff to cleaning team, you'll find unfriendly people who seem as if they don't care for you or them being here. We had a lovely visit! The rooms were large and very clean. The staff was beyond great and always had a smile and made sure our visit was great! The bedroom has a door separate from the sofa bed, which is great when you have kiddos. I like that they have the shampoo and soap dispenser in the large shower, helps with the environment, so as to not have so much waste with the mini plastic bottles. They also have recycling bins in the room and throughout the hotel. Plenty of parking, nice pool, and breakfast in the morning. Great price and a quality stay! read more

Dear fellow traveler: If you're on a trip with someone, and you absolutely despise them more than the Grinch hates Christmas, then by all means...allow them to sleep on the pull-out couch. This punishment will surely fit any crime. To directly quote my 3-year-old, "I slept 50 minutes." (Despite lying in that contraption for 9 tortuous hours with a stuffed dinosaur.) However, if you are traveling with someone and would even remotely hesitate before allowing them to accidentally step foot in front of a city bus, then for the love of the Arkansas Razorbacks, just get them their own room with a bed and save them thousands in physical and emotional therapy. If you like your hotels with mold in your ice buckets, pink scum along the floor grout of your shower, gunk that comes off when you wipe the faucet spigot with a cleaning wipe, a sticky residue in your mini-fridge, a single soap bar that's somehow expected to serve an entire huge homeschool family or football team, having to put pillow cases on the requested extra pillows yourself, single-ply toilet paper that you can see through (you know...for safety), a ceiling that is paper thing so that you can hear the exotic heard of elephants above you all night, your very own filthy in-room coffee maker with plenty of coffee residue from previous guests, a soap dish and tissue dispenser that haven't been properly cleaned since last New Year's Eve, a buffet breakfast (REALLY, Hilton?! Read the current global room), a broken body wash dispenser, and special lobby coffee that will help you regurgitate that buffet breakfast before you have to quarantine, then LOOK NO FURTHER. This is your new home away from home where you can kick back and pop a top! You have arrived. Oh, as a bonus metaphorical partridge in a pear tree, you'll get an A/C system that literally has a secret code that seems to require a graduate degree to operate for which this hotel provides a laminated instruction sheet entitled the "VIP Program". The sticker-seal on the door is supposed to say it's been cleaned... and the remote was in a baggie saying it had been cleaned, but based on the state of the rest of the room, we didn't believe that and cleaned it ourselves. The back of the remote was missing, and the batteries kept falling out. The coffee in the lobby was terrible...but the Starbucks next to the hotel was out of nearly EVERYTHING and had awful service. Zoee at front desk was nice enough but could've been friendlier...who knows though, we all have bad days, and the service industry is rough right now. The only positives of this stay were: The lady serving breakfast was extremely accommodating and friendly. She did make sure the breakfast area was in tip-top shape, very clean, and well-supplied. We so appreciated her! If you have to eat at a buffet during a pandemic, she made it doable. The king-sized bed was shockingly comfortable, and the sheets were very soft. I got a great night's sleep on that unlike my poor toddler on the pull-out couch bed. Order from Blaze pizza located pretty close by if you want some good pizza! read more

Had trouble with the digital key not opening the workout room door then my regular key wouldn't open the outside door to the hotel. The front desk was not helpful. The heater in my room didn't work. There was a lot of noise from little insulation between the walls. I would recommend going elsewhere. read more

My stay was 3 nights and it was decent. I will start with the good, the hotel is clean which is worth its weight! The rooms were clean, they also were really good at keeping the sound out I never really heard anyone in the other rooms or the TVs, I know the hotel was packed to capacity during my stay due to a huge basketball event going on with kids. So kids were everywhere and while I could hear them in the halls sometimes I never heard the ones beside me. The beds hurt my back I was not the only one I heard say this, they are very soft and I wanted to keep rolling into the middle of the bed. No bath tub but big roomy shower. The free breakfast was ok, really no meat to speak of mostly eggs and waffles and some fruit. Ive had way better before. The sitting area was nice. The indoor pool was ok, not very big but ok, no spa. The fitness area had about 5 machines in it and looked nice the laundry is also in the same place. Overall I could stay again if I needed to, but will probably find another hotel for next year. read more

I will always stay here when it's on my travel route. Amazing service (Pedro at the front desk was awesome), and they go the extra mile for pets: when asked how many dogs I had, I was expecting a possible double deposit for my 2 dogs. Instead, they handed me two food bowls each with a bag of dog treats. Outside in their pet area, they have baggies and bins to dispose of the waste. My room was awesome too - with dinnerware and silverware and even a dishwasher (and garbage disposal!) along with the usual fridge and microwave. They have all kinds of options for sale in the lobby, including frozen TV dinners, and there is an Outback restaurant right across the parking lot for anyone that wants a meal and a some drinks without having to drive. read more

Beautiful place and greeting staff is nice as well. However to get our room cleaned was ridiculous. We are stayed a week and I literally had to ask every day for someone to clean our room. I showed up at 3 pm and no room cleaned and called them. The following day i showed up a do not disturb sign showed up on our door and we didnt put there and im thinking i know who. I called the desk to clean it at 1 pm and she said oh well you had a do not disturb sign on your door they may be done with that floor with whomever put that there and i told her not sure why we didnt place it and i said well i asked her to send someone to clean it up for us and left to come back at 330 pm not still not cleaned up no one told us why amd called downstairs and said there is nothing we can do they are gone for the day. I believe that is lazy and the manager offered no discount or anything to offer but handed us a sweeper and said you can do it if you want. Lazy staff for housekeeping and full of excuses. Stayed here a night just to have a fun evening swimming with my young daughter and niece while staying in town with relatives. Very modern decor, very clean. Staff was super friendly, especially Darinda. Breakfast buffet was incredible, swimming pool was more than adequate with the best pool towels I've ever seen. Our room was very large with a sofa bed and kitchenette. Softest sheets I've EVER experienced in a hotel. Large television, towels were plush, plenty of closet space. Close to shopping and restaurants, complimentary fruit and a variety of newspapers. Will definitely be staying here again. Price very reasonable. read more
