What?!?!? Had I known that I would be charged $285 in third-parties fees, I would have paid them for their services up front and not waited for it to be taken out of the return. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to them and asked them to refund the $285, they were unwilling to take responsibility for their failure to communicate the third-party fees.

When I saw how happy she was, I did ask her if BBI needed a part time person to handle nights and weekends. After speaking with Ed, I knew I had to be a part of BBI! Luckily, I was accepted! In May of 2012, I was laid off from the full time employer, and Ed brought me on full time!! Now, I ask you, how often does than happen?
