I was warned at the beginning that the best way to get in touch with Ray was via email. However, Ray barely responded even with email. In addition, David has a tendency to be very rude. Since Aarya hadn't helped me in any way whatsoever, I asked to be released from the Aarya contract that I had signed with them. They refused. It was truly a scam and I'm embarrassed and annoyed with myself for not being smart enough to get out of the contract (within the allowable first 10 days) when they could not even get a tarp on the roof within that time frame. I called them to have them come back and they said because it's been a week so they would not come back without charging me extra. I waited the week because I had appliances in the middle of the room due to a kitchen remodel. When they were doing their cleaning, they had to move the appliances around. Now that the room is empty, I see how bad it is. Justin claimed I had more work done and people were in that room. Well, people were in my kitchen, but not my family room where the floor is dinghy. Also, the grouting has been completed for several weeks so the grout haze isn't due to any additional grouting. I felt like $350 was steep but would've been happy had my floors gotten cleaned. The guys were nice so I give them 2 stars, but 7 days later they won't back up their work?
