When I finally got to the window, I was told that the person accompanying me needed to be present with their license and registration. Once that person arrived, they told me I had to reschedule because it was already 2:20 PM. This was very frustrating because the delay was due to the long line and the way they handled the process, not because I was late. I feel like my time was not respected, and there was no effort to help or find a solution. I understand rules have to be followed, but the staff could have communicated the requirements more clearly and shown better customer service. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
