Very poor service--never again. I wouldn't go back to this dry cleaner even if they offered me free cleaning for life. The experience was beyond disappointing from start to finish. Not only was the customer service careless and dismissive, but they completely ruined my $500 dress that I had only worn once. When I brought it in, it was in perfect condition. What I got back looked nothing like it. The fabric was damaged, shape was distorted, and was clearly mishandled. When I tried to address it, there was no accountability, just excuses.The owner, was very rude and did little to rectify the issue. Please do not trust this establishment. They do not dry clean the clothing, they use a washing machine. The sales person Nicholas told me they use regular washing machines. I brought a brand new designer dress with feathers to clean and when I received it back it was shrunken and the feathers were almost all gone. I came back a week later and was told that my "dress disappeared" or "that I must have picked it up" by the two men who work the desk. All conversations about my dress were made in Spanish while laughing about my frustration and when I asked for them to speak in English so I can follow and contribute the conversation, I was told it a free country and they don't have to talk to me. ZERO STARS‼ This company has the most UNPROFESSIONAL owner imaginable and the workers are absolutely CLUELESS! I sent my black and white dress to this dry cleaning location on May 3, 2019 and here it is June 26, 2019 and my dress is NOT ready and NO ONE KNOWS what's going on with it! When I went back a week after dropping it off (was told it would be ready in 2-days) to pick it up, my dress was RUINED! I was told that black bled into the white and would need a treatment to get the black out of the white portion of the dress! He tried to give it back and I said NO because I've taken this dress to a cleaners before and NEVER has this EVER happened! The worker told me that his boss would have to do a treatment on it and would have it done in another week. I return AGAIN and NO WORK WAS DONE to me dress as promised and the worker asked me to give them a few more days. I made 3 more trips there and at this point, I was LIVID! When I returned the boss was there and said that he would have my dress taken apart to clean the white part separately for $20! I told him I wasn't paying for ANYTHING. He then said, he wouldn't charge me the $20 and to give him until next week to have it done. Initially I said NO! But then said, I'll give you all ONE MORE CHANCE to get this right! I tried calling before coming and NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE‼ So I drove up there and told them I called several times and one of the workers response was first, shaking his head and then saying, "they are horrible." The phone was ringing while I was there and no one answered! This is NOT professional at all! So I show up TODAY, and the boss was NOT there and the workers had NO idea what he did with my dress. I was told, and I quote, "the boss is handling your dress we have nothing to do with that. I'm sorry. He will be back by 3 pm if you want to come back." I was BEYOND LIVID at this point. I told them I was NOT coming back and to have him call me. 3 pm came around and I received NO call. So...I called 3x back to back with no answer! I waited and called again and nothing. I told the worker before I left that of I don't have my dress when I return I EXPECT a refund for my payment and my dress! This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I've been MORE than patient! Do not go to this place! Customer service means nothing to them. I had been going to them for years with no problem until recently I saw one of my dresses that was missing hanging on a mannequin. A couple of weeks later I saw another one of my dresses on the mannequin. Believing this could not be a coincidence, I checked my closet and both dresses are missing. She actually put the dress on the mannequin as if she could make that dress. When I question the dresses and showed her a pictures of me in the dresses she said it was impossible that it could be my dresses. She even had the nerve to say that there's no way I could fit in that dress! She might still have it up on the mannequin in the Longwood store. If you happen to go by there you'll see that dress is the same dress I have on in the attached picture. I even looked at the back of the tag to see it was from the same place I bought it. I showed her my receipt from where I purchased the dress and it has the same SKU number but she refused to give me the dress back and insisted that it was impossible that it could be mine. I even asked her to look up my historical drop offs in her system and she told me it would cost money for her to do that. I offered to pay for however much it cost to get the historical data and then she told me I was wasting her time and she had a job to get back to. They have lost a customer. I took three items to this place two were to be dry clean one was just to have a zipper replace on a pair of pants that i was to wear at a wedding on Saturday . I drop them off on the 17th and was told to pick up on the following Wednesday sad to say I only pick up the two items that were dry clean the third pair was given to another person . I would encourage everyone not to go there do to these people cannot understand basic English, and I wonder how did they cross the border. save your money and go where you do not have to share your clothes especially when they were a new pair of slacks. this place sucks and the manager has a pre K mentality. they do not even deserve a 1 star. is there such a thing as zero stars if so then they got it. the customer service is so ghetto that it is a shame that the owner allows these things to happen. The people that work here are so disrespectful to their customers. They ruined my clothes and mocked me on top of that. I was shocked that they could stay in business talking to people with such disrespect. I thought that I would get a profesional clean because in the past the tailor did a good job tailoring my clothes. I dropped my clothes to get dry cleaned only to see them ruined. I have been a customer for 6 years and never needed my receipt when picking up my dry cleaning because they can search for my order in the system with my cell phone number and locate my items. So I dropped off my clothes on 1/14 and came back to pick up clothes on the 23rd. I gave them my phone number but they couldn't find my clothes. I went home to look for my receipt but couldn't find it. I returned to the store and At this point I knew the person (which happened to be the manager) that took my clothes when I dropped them off had typed in the wrong number. He claimed he couldn't have made a mistake and I must've given him the wrong number and he couldn't help me without a receipt. I've had the same cell number for 20 years and have been giving him that same number for the last 6 years when picking my clothes up. So now my clothes are somewhere on one of his racks and he is not even offering to check his receipts to see my order number to locate my items or be of any type of help at all. I even gave him the date and amount of my transaction. This really could've been a simple fix if he cared. We eventually found my clothes on the rack and when we looked at the ticket lo and behold the wrong cell phone number was on there like I stated! He didn't apologize or show that he cared at all! I even mentioned to him that I was a 6 year customer of his and even had recommended my parents who frequented his business often. He still didn't care. The owner then had me to come behind the counter to identify my articles of clothing myself. I asked the owner to provide me with a discount for the inconvenience and he told me that I made a good joke and started laughing and told me to call the better business bureau. Very unprofessional. Wow! Save your money and go someplace else! Every time there is an issue they get offended an refuse to even speak to you. My ENTIRE family has been going there since the place opened. I recently took in a pair of pants to take out 1 inch. When I picked up the pants they were wayyy too big. I looked where the previous buttons were (and you could clearly see tinny holes from the previous buttons) and the pants were taken out 2 inches. I went back and explained the clerk the issue, she went back to speak to the OWNER (lady), the clerk came back stating they did take it out only 1 inch. I asked for a measuring tape so we can measure from the old holes to the new buttons. Then she said "well the old buttons where not there, we replaced the entire waistband, making it bigger". I looked at the inside of the waistband and the original tag with the original stitches was on the waistband, so that was a big fat lie. I then asked to personally speak to the owner, on which the clear responded "she is busy". I look over and see the lady owner and said "excuse me", she then turned out and told me in Spanish that she is busy. She is busy to speak to a customer? It does not matter who is right, I am not here to argue, let's talk as adults. How about she stands behind their work? How about some appreciation for being a customer of many, many years?
