In addition he was able to have a great drywall professional come and patch some very large holes in the wall, and quote out a basement project. While Elk Horn was neither the least expensive nor the most expensive option, their representative, Grayson Elssworth, gave me the greatest confidence in the company. He was extremely knowledgeable about color palettes and helped my wife and me select the colors that ultimately transformed our home. Once our Homeowners Association approved the project, Elk Horn Painting was ready to begin. The crew was professional, courteous, and punctual throughout the entire process. They arrived within the scheduled time each day, always notified me when they arrived so I could bring my dogs inside, and immediately got to work. One thing I particularly appreciated was that the crew never appeared rushed. Instead, they took the time to ensure the job was done correctly. There were no paint drips on the sidewalks, porch, or other concrete surfaces, and they thoroughly cleaned up all masking materials when the project was completed. The trim lines were clean and straight, demonstrating excellent attention to detail. The crew also repaired siding on my storage shed that had pulled away from the frame, explaining that making such repairs is part of their standard operating procedure. As a result, the shed looks brand new. During the final walkthrough, the crew willingly addressed every item my wife and I identified, touching up anything we felt needed additional attention. The finished project looks outstanding. The siding, trim, doors, and shed all look superb, and the work was completed in a timely manner. Since the project was finished, several neighbors have stopped by to compliment the new paint and ask which company performed the work. I have been happy to recommend Elk Horn Painting and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, high-quality exterior painting company. Scott Murphy, Jefferson County Colorado

I had high wall ceilings. Lots of fixtures. 4 areas That needed repair. And gazillion doors. And it was done on time with all materials included for a few grands was very reasonable. His team provided and completed the job by staging deadline. My husband did a final walk through but didn't have a keen eye for details and even when I reached out to address those details after payment had already gone through Rafael still sent out peoole to fix my minor requests. Very professional. Great work. Even went out of his way to caulk. Paint. Adding lines to all the stairs for us at no extra charge ! Oh. They removed window blinds and caulked our windows too. Great people! A few things to note: 30% payment prior to job work is industry standard. I didn't know thìs and it was scary but they were very professional and followed through without any issues. They did a good job covering but if you see some minor paint splashes, just wipe it down and use your finger to scratch them. Itll come right off no big deal. Just don't leave it for too long or it gets tougher with time. Overall I would definitely hire palmira again for my next big paint project!

Our house was eight years old and still had its original paint, but we wanted to completely transform it with a more timeless, classic look featuring a white body and black trim. The finished product is absolutely stunning. From the beginning, Eric and his team stood apart from every other company we contacted. Eric spent approximately 45 minutes carefully walking around our home, evaluating the condition of every surface, and explaining exactly what would be required to achieve the best possible result. Other companies were in and out within 15 minutes and provided very little explanation. Centennial Painters was also the only company that recommended fully priming the house before applying the new color. Although we selected Sherwin-Williams Emerald paint, which includes primer properties, Eric explained that the dramatic color change could still result in uneven coverage or spotting without a consistent undercoat. That level of knowledge, honesty, and attention to detail gave us confidence that they were focused on doing the job correctly rather than simply doing it quickly. Our painters, Dennis and Giovanni, spent six full days meticulously putting their experience and craftsmanship to work. They took extraordinary care to protect our windows, patio, landscaping, and everything surrounding the home from paint, spills, and overspray. Their preparation was thorough, their work was precise, and their attention to detail was exceptional. Dennis and Giovanni are truly masters of their craft. The lines are clean, the coverage is flawless, and the transformation of our home is remarkable. It looks better than we imagined it could. We are absolutely thrilled with the outcome and could not recommend Centennial Painters more highly. Anyone considering painting their home should make Centennial Painters one of their first calls. Their professionalism, expertise, preparation, and quality of workmanship are on another level.

After working with them, it's obvious why they're so highly rated! Stuart came out the very next day and provided a fair, competitive quote for painting the exterior. Even my dog liked Stuart, which was a good sign! I can't say the same for the other two companies that came out. The two gentlemen who completed the work didn't just do a good job--they did an EXCEPTIONAL job. I had resigned myself to the idea that some of my 1980s siding would never look great again. I was wrong. The team went above and beyond, sealing every gap and nail hole across the entire exterior. They even applied elastomeric primer to the exposed wood ends to help extend their lifespan. The project took about two days of preparation and painting, and the finished product was absolutely pristine. My neighbors have overspray on their chimneys and brick facades from other painting jobs, but these guys didn't make a single mistake. The tape lines were razor-sharp, there wasn't a drip or a spot of overspray anywhere, and they even carefully taped around my house numbers with an X-Acto knife. That level of attention to detail genuinely surprised me. The quality of workmanship and value I received from Xtreme Painting are hard to find these days. Stuart and his team clearly take tremendous pride in their work and run an exceptional operation. Their Yelp ratings are well deserved. Ryan was outstanding to work with from the beginning. He responded quickly to our initial inquiry, patiently answered detailed questions, responded even on weekends, and was extremely flexible with a tight pre-move schedule. He made several trips to Bailey and even brought four Sherwin-Williams samples matched to the colors we were considering so that we could evaluate them together in the house. The quotation was competitive and transparent, and there were no surprise charges. Pablo and the crew did exceptional work. We used three colors, including intentional color transitions across the main level, and the lines and edges came out beautifully. The finish is extremely consistent. The patching may have impressed me most: we had removed numerous wall-mounted items and left behind holes, anchors, and other damage, and in many places you simply cannot tell that anything was ever there. They also covered some very saturated old wall colors beautifully in only two coats. They were extremely careful with the house, masked and protected everything thoroughly, moved things as needed, and even removed and reinstalled our wall-mounted TV. They also worked around a dishwasher technician and other things happening at the house and still finished the project in about three and a half working days. Pablo and Ryan were both meticulous during the final walkthroughs and took care of even very small touch-ups without nickel-and-diming us. The quality, communication, flexibility, professionalism, and overall ease of working with them were excellent. We will absolutely call Next Gen again when we are ready for future painting projects.
