I reached out to a handful of companies for quotes on a small project and narrowed it down to Adam and another company who were both offering similar prices. The reason I chose Adam was because he was very responsive on Yelp and actually answered my call . I got the answering machine to the other company. Adam was also able to come over in just two days. Adam showed up on time and stayed for about 2.5 hours. He finished the first project (replacing a rusted tub drainer) and then drove a few minutes to Ace to purchase the necessary equipment and came back for a 2nd project (replacing an exhaust fan in the bathroom). We had District Paint come and paint her house in October 2017. He did an amazing job and was very detail oriented and was patient as we needed to adjust to changes. He replaced siding on the side of our house and also installed the storm door (and was great to work with as he had to install it twice as we ordered the wrong storm door) and did other minor repairs around the exterior of the house. He was prompt courteous and very flexible with our schedules. Even went out of his way to help me with fixing the gate to the backyard as it wasn't shutting properly.
