Dr.Strong got my new script just right, and again was extremely kind! Alyssa then helped me pick out some cute new frames. She really knew her stuff by finding a variety of frames that looked great on me, ultimately finding some I fell in love with! I will be back, and will recommend all of my family and friends go here for all of their vision needs!

That alone raised serious concerns about their billing practices. On top of that, the staff was rude and extremely pushy about trying to sell me contact lenses. When I told them I planned to purchase from Costco instead, they insisted they could "beat Costco's price" and even claimed they would pull up Costco's pricing to prove it. The price they showed me was completely inaccurate--Costco's actual price was about $350 cheaper. Overall, the experience felt dishonest, unprofessional, and uncomfortable. It's surprising to see this level of service in a smaller community like Azle. I would strongly recommend that others double-check their billing and pricing carefully and consider going elsewhere.

I won't name names, but the eyewear ordering process has been a complete disaster. I ordered new lenses for my existing frames, and here's what happened: 1. The lenses didn't fit my frames, even though I left them there. I waited two weeks for a reorder. 2. The reordered lenses arrived, but they were not the transitions I had requested. Another reorder, another two-week wait. 3. When the lenses finally arrived, they had been shaved down too much and didn't fit properly--yet another reorder and another two-week wait. To make matters worse, I later found out they had actually received the lenses on March 10th, but no one informed me. It was only when I followed up on March 19th that they finally located them. Throughout this ordeal, there were no updates or follow-ups. After this experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere--I've heard great things about Costco.

Wednesday we had the worse scare, my daughter accidentally poked my son in the eye that left an…read moreabrasion. I had called multiple eye places some places automatically said they couldn't help me either cause they would be closing and couldn't get me in even thought I would of been there before they closed or they heard he was 4years old and automatically denied me with no questions asked. When I called Vision City Jeff answered and immediately heard the concern and got with Dr.Lieske to get a solution going. We spoke with the Dr before heading in and she asked a few questions to make sure my son would be able to do and squeezed us in , She didn't see an age or time she heard a child in pain. The only place that would have taken us in was a pediatric specialist that was in downtown that was charging an arm and a leg and not even able to see him or make the time till the following day while I had my child screaming crying saying he couldn't see in the background . So to have her so willing to help was such a blessing. We went to our follow up today and this boy is back to normal 99% healed and in great spirits vs when he went in . I wouldn't recommend anyone else to go to but Dr.Lieske , her heart shows in how she cares for patients and willingness to act fast. Her front desk staff were wonderful as well and greeted with a smile and helpful with getting my daughter set up with watching cartoons , and even for our follow up , they greeted my son by name!

I had been to so many other unhelpful eye Dr.'s…read moreprior to thankfully finding this very intelligent and caring Dr. He goes so far above and beyond. I had no idea this kind of eye care even existed previously. I had so many issues with my eyes in battling life long Lyme disease and I was very worried I would lose my eye sight. I also was having extreme issues driving and learned from Dr. Conte that this was due in large part to the eye brain connection. After 6 months of weekly eye brain therapy I can drive myself more safely. Dr. Conte is truly a gem and I am so grateful to him.
