I reached out to 4 installers (3 others recommended by tile shop) and Gabriel was the first to reply. Throughout the entire process he was quick to respond to my emails and very helpful. Gabriel's quote was also the most competitive of the 4! Gabriel arrived on the day of installation and immediately realized the wall was not level and flush against counter. He applied a thin-set and was able to get his team out there the next day to complete the actual install. They were quick, professional and did a fantastic job! I understand that sometimes delays and unforseen events can happen, but I don't appreciate how many times I was told that my order was going to "definitely arrive this friday", or "I will call you and let you know where your order is", or my favorite "I will personally deliver the order to your house as soon as it comes off the truck". This was the first time I've ever had to buy tile or remodel a room. I wouldn't go back to this place. I don't know if other places are better, but to protect myself in the future I'll make sure to select materials way in advance from now on.
