The first time the guy came out he said no power - it was unplugged because I used the shop vac to get the dirty water out so it wouldn't smell. Second time he came out he got the piece of glass out so it would drain. He broke our dishwasher door and said we will get you a new one. Lowe's denied our claim because the technician said we had damaged the door which he took with him. Three weeks later I have a dishwasher with no door I would never use them again. Jerry,the owner,called at 7 AM and I asked if could call back later as we were still asleep. He hung up on me. I called him back and he wouldn't answer. He lied to whoever he spoke with at the place of purchase and told them I cursed him out for calling that early. They told me that wasn't the first complaint they've had about him and that he owns the company and doesn't have to answer to anyone. They also said he's a good repairman. That being said I don't care how good he is I will not let someone that treats his customers like that anywhere near my home.
