The first time the guy came out he said no power - it was unplugged because I used the shop vac to get the dirty water out so it wouldn't smell. Second time he came out he got the piece of glass out so it would drain. He broke our dishwasher door and said we will get you a new one. Lowe's denied our claim because the technician said we had damaged the door which he took with him. Three weeks later I have a dishwasher with no door I would never use them again. Usually we buy most appliances from Lowe's but never again. #lowes.
