However, in August of last year we had a service call, they came out and fixed the washer, we paid our bill and that was that. Fast forward to November, I see a charge of $176 on my bank statement from signature appliance. I simply called to inquire why this was, after a couple calls and leaving messages with an assistant, I was finally able to soak with someone higher up who informed me that this was simply an outstanding balance and was finally processed due to end of year book closings. I informed them that this was the same charge I had paid for our last interaction back in August and I felt this was a duplicate. I was told they would look into this and ensure it wasn't made in error. Since then I have continued to call, leave messages and nothing else has been said. I now sit here months later with no answers and feeling rather robbed.
