That did not work and we were told that the repairs would cost more than a new unit. Well, before buying a new unit, I decided I would take a stab. Pulled the unit out of the cabinet and checked all the connections I could reach. Had the unit working in less than 15 minutes. I have ZERO knowledge or experience working on electronics or appliances. Mr. Appliance is lazy and incompetent. You are better off watching a youtube video and taking care of it yourself. After reading other reviews, it seems a big part of their business plan is spending 5 minutes on $99 service calls and not doing any work.

The man at Baugh was sent to me through Select Home Warranty. He was the worst repairman I've ever…read moredealt with. He kept putting me off, saying it would be a couple more days, every time I called. He never scheduled an appointment. Finally one day, three and a half weeks later, after I got his receptionist, he said he would come out that afternoon "sometime." When he got here, he told me I wasn't letting the water run long enough before starting the dishwasher (that it was my fault my machine isn't working). He argued that the machine I've used regularly for 10 years wasn't broken. It was. Then he argued that I owed more than Select's contract price. I didn't. After he left, his body odor lingered for an hour or so. He was rude, unprofessional, untimely, and incompetent. Unfortunately, I had to give him a star to get my review. That's more than he deserves!!!
