The hotel was nice, the room was spacious, and it was quiet for us. We liked that the room had Jack and Jill doors (doors from the living room and from the bedroom). We were out of the hotel more than there to be honest. The breakfast area was a bit crowded in the area where it's set up. I wanted to try the breakfast, but too many people and everyone was going every which way! So I opted not to get breakfast. It was a nice hotel and we will stay there again if in the area.

The front desk, overall, was friendly and helpful; there was one member, however, was a bit unprofessional in their tone and the use of inappropriate sarcasm; not sure how he was stationed there? The interior of the hotel is great - loved how you could see the different floors. They have a 'Manager's HH' every evening, where hotel guests can get up to 2 drinks from the bar; note that the bartenders sign-off on a card that you'll receive when you check-in. Breakfast is complimentary and continental; they open their side kitchen where you can get a made-to-order omelette, if you desire. If you have a vehicle, there is an adjacent parking garage, and there is a daily rate. Close to the bus and the light rail system. +comfortable rooms +close to public transportation

Visited the bar and the bartender is also very nice. The room itself is clean spacious and the bed is comfortable. Unfortunately in the bathroom, the water plug is broken so that's need to be fixed. On this stay, I…read morewas assigned a first-floor room where the windows were only a few feet from the parking lot. It felt more like a motel setup than what I expect from an Embassy Suites. There was also no acknowledgement of Hilton Diamond status at check-in. Normally that's standard at most Hilton properties. The hotel itself feels very dated and clearly needs renovation. The staff also seemed confused and unprepared to handle basic requests. After I complained about the room, they moved me to the third floor. Unfortunately that room wasn't much better and was also in serious need of updating. Midway through my stay the manager texted asking how the stay was going on a scale of 1-5. I responded with a 2. She asked if she could call me between 1:00 and 5:00. The call never happened. Another odd thing: after every Hilton stay I typically receive an email asking me to review the property. I never received one for this stay. There are simply too many other hotel options in this area to justify staying at this Embassy Suites again. In its current condition it does not reflect what most people expect from the Embassy Suites brand.

A cut above. We…read morewere amazed by the excellent service by front desk as well as breakfast staff, making our 4 day say comfortable and enjoyable. The front desk was very accommodating for a room change after the first night in a room in a far corner of the hotel facing the freeway with single pane windows emiting freeway traffic noise and cool air. The new room was close to the lobby, facing the quiet courtyard with better insulated windows. Gracious in fulfilling our request. The breakfast included with the accommodation is in a warmly decorated restaurant area served by highly professional and accommodating staff, offering help and filling and clearing items with quick precision. The made to order omelets were professionally made with fresh ingredients and the breakfast bar was likely one of the best stocked and well maintained I have experienced with fresh pastries and constantly refilled hot items. Well done Embassy Suites!

They have the best breakfast. Hotel room was nice and spacious. I'll say, I wish bathroom was bigger and little more cleaner. I liked the extra loft room. It's nice when traveling with kids. Parents can watch TV or relax when kids sleep. Even for putting extra luggages there. I'll totally recommend for visitor's this hotel.

We were offered a possible upgrade to a two-bedroom suite if it was available upon check-in. When we arrive, we asked about the upgrade option. We were told the hotel only had the one bedroom suites and no two-bedroom suites on the property. Seemed strange because we were offered the upgrade, but it was fine. Once we tried to access our room, our key was not working. Back to the front desk. Tried again. No luck. We were told the door lock may need new batteries. We were finally able to get in our room. Honestly, the room smelled very clean and all was in order. Upon using the bathroom for the first time, we did notice the door was damaged and the floor had some hair left on it, but not horrible. The bedroom beds were amazing and probably some of the most comfortable we've experienced. The pull out bed was not comfortable at all. You could see the springs. We had breakfast the next morning and it was great. The omelet bar is amazing, as is the selection of other breakfast items. The staff was kind and friendly. Definitely a great perk of staying at this hotel. We arrived back from our day rather late on Saturday night. Upon trying to enter our room, we found the key was not working again. After two trips to the front desk, we were informed the lock was not working and it would take a technician to fix it the next morning. We sat in the cold waiting to find this out for about half an hour. Not pleasant. The next morning, technicians arrived while we were getting ready for the day. They needed access to the inside of the room, so it was impractical. We went to breakfast and had another great experience with the food and the staff. Our other complaint is the parking situation. On Friday night, there was no parking to be found, other than all the way in back by their convention area. Not exactly a great location for hotel guests who may need to access their vehicle during their stay.

The room was as expected and clean. My only criticism is my room was right up against the road so the cars were definitely loud. Glad I had my noise machine. I did not want to Uber anywhere for dinner after a long day, so I took advantage of the Happy Hour. Score for the 3 free drinks! Friendly bartender. I went with a double of a Cabernet, grabbed some food (pretty basic with pork sliders, Mac and cheese). They really need some veggies. Got a seat in the back to read my book, eat, drink, and then back to my room for bed. Wish you could make the room temperature lower than 68*. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. The coffee was way too strong, so I got some at the airport. You sign up for the shuttle at the front desk which runs every 30 minutes. Overall, not your destination hotel but it was clean and the added extras (when it was just me) would prompt me to stay here again.

The little clique of old people who are friends with the HOA lady run the place and literally add new rules whenever they want, most likely because they're so bored of their sad little lives they can't find anything better to do than complain about their neighbors. I OWN my condo and the constraints put on me in my own home are insane, you'd have much more freedom renting from one of the surrounding complexes or buying from the much nicer complex down the street. People here hate animals even though they're technically allowed, you're not able to use the stairs and are forced to only use the elevator, and you can't even put anything on your balcony without someone complaining it's ugly and the property manager backing them up. Also watch out for the ugly, crotchety old man that lives on the 9th floor with aggressive dogs, don't know how that guy is even still alive with that stick so far up his @ss. Also the place itself is old, ugly, stinky, and the elevators are always broken (but jokes on you, you just have to sit there and wait for them to fix it or magically fly up to your condo since using the stairs is prohibited). I would search elsewhere if you're looking to buy or rent around here, unless you enjoy being treated like sh*t in a place that is sh*t itself.

No blankets, no towels. DIRTY DIRTY . Close to filthy. I am not "boujee" by any means but have never stayed in a place this dirty. The hotel is RUN DOWN. Pet friendly with mysterious crunchy spots on the carpets in your room. If you have little kids like I do and they might play on the floor really choose something else. As I mentioned , no blankets so.. my husband leaves the hotel at 1am to get blankets from walgreens for $24.99 each because that's all that was available. Spoke with Brandy the General manager and she said "at this point it's your word against ours unfortunately" . Which doesn't make sense because I complained about these issues in real time as they were occurring. Also why would I want to change rooms as if there were different housekeeper for rooms on the same floor ? One room is filthy like that it's all just dirty. She had no sympathy no apology or respect just a monotone attitude towards the entire thing and continued to insinuate that I was lying. Moves on to refund me partially (one night) for my stay after telling me "you realize you booked a non refundable option so I'm not required to do anything for you." I don't understand why the extra commentary was necessary? it wasn't! Go somewhere else and don't put yourself in the position to have to deal with extremely rude and unprofessional Brandy. p.s. Jovie is an amazing employee. Separate from this issue she is just simply a delight.

There were also wine glasses and openers, ice molds, and other items. The living area was nice and large and the sofa was comfortable. The bedroom was a good size, the bathroom was nice with a large closet. The shower was large and spacious. You can request housekeeping as you wish, otherwise they leave you be.
