Where the coupling attached to the hose part of a broken o-ring was sticking out. I called diamond and the best they could do was give me a new o-ring. Leave site, go to my shop for wrenches, return to site, remove broken o-ring, go to diamond, return to site and fix the breaker. The non original o-ring dripped slightly and I returned the breaker the next morning. The rental manager Matt, didn't apologize and said if they sent someone to the site for repair I would be charged?? I told him action rental never charges for a repair and Perhaps I should go there in the future. The drama queen said "I won't be threatened ". I will cancel my account. At least apologize for the inconvenience, loss of time and a gallon of hydraulic fluid. A long term customer expects far better service. Tried to call Kevin the manage. too busy and voicemail full. Over the years I have spent thousands, renting breakers, core drills, jumping jack tampers, trailer compresso, rock hound, etc. As well as purchasing Bosch, Milwaukee and other tools, masonry bits, diamond wheels and tons of safety gear. There accounting of how much business I've given them is on par with customer service. Renter beware, unlike other tool rental companies these people expect you to pay for repair needed that has nothing to do with your use. I put up with the lethargic counter service for years but the arrogance and disrespect is Unacceptable.

I called and got several questions answered, then cold visited just before their 3:30 closing time. Had a great conversation with Jeremy who gave me a few options. 4 days later I got a call that exactly what I wanted was not going to be possible with their current supply and was given several different options. A few hours later I got a text message that my order was ready, I picked it up, Jeremy answered a half-dozen questions for me about joining, sanding, staining, and sealing. He also gave me some information, generally, about their supply, drying processes, Etc. Don't expect this to be a cheap option for you! I paid $200 for three 7 x 40" boards. They had the exact speed queen I wanted in stock and it was delivered the very next day. The men behind the desk were knowledgeable and polite. They were upfront about size constraints and one hour after I stopped by, one of them came over to make sure the drier fit down the stairs and it wouldn't need to be disassembled (at an additional cost by a licensed and verified by the brand tech). They called when they were 20 minutes out, showed up on time, took the old drier and installed the new one taking the time to make sure all my questions were answered and it worked as expected. There was minimal scratches on the side of the machine (TO BE EXPECTED WITH ROW HOMES DONT YOU DARE COME HERE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THAT) and not a single dent on any door frame. The Speed Queen. Sounds luxurious right? Yeah the damn things are close to a grand. You can find it a little cheaper for a 3000 model but we found those have issues. Just search it online. Don't go cheap. Anyway we were getting close to driving to Delaware. It was cheap/no tax and they delivered. I had called Appliance & Tv discounters earlier. The guy I talked to told me to just come in and they'd work with me. I thought it was a cleaver ruse just to get me in the door. So I kept poking around. After my wife decided we'd found the best price she called them back and asked if they price matched. The guy she ended up talking to was named Mark. He said he could do that price. So we were like that's pretty cool let's run over there and see. So we get there and we are Pointed to our washer. We discuss how it's technically not the same price since Delaware has not sales tax so he drops the price again! This was awesome since I've been stressing how much these machines cost. Next we move on to delivery. Both my wife and I started new jobs a few months ago so taking off is a little iffy. They only had delivery hours during the week. They were not late enough for us. So then they were like you know what we will make it happen. Don't worry about it. Mark even said if we'd come over earlier he would've loaded it up and brought it over himself! These guys were awesome to deal with and make this extremely stressful situation okay. It's also only $50 to have the new washer installed and the old one taken away. The place in Delaware was $150. Then my wife goes and sees a fridge she's been eyeing up that is $1000 anywhere else. It's $750 here. So now I'm getting a fridge too. This I'm not excited about. I wish they would've charged more so I could've left the store with only one appliance. The guy that brought the appliances were very quick and efficient. They were also very friendly. Now the two pints that stopped me from giving five stars: they left the refrigerator box out front of my house. I called and asked that the come back and get it so I don't get fined. They said they would and never did. The refrigerator handles were put on in a kinda haphazard manner. I had to take them off later and reinstall them so they met flat with the fridge door. Overall this was a good experience and I would use them again.

Based on our experience, we found Marble Works' representations regarding payment to be unreliable, and we would strongly caution other suppliers to secure full payment before releasing materials.
