For those who've never done it, power washing is back breaking labour, even more so when the area that needs it hasn't been taken care of in a long time. Henry visited the house and provided a quote the same day I reached out to him. His prices were very reasonable and he booked in for the job a few days later. He was on time, friendly and professional. But how about the work you ask? It was fantastic. I have honestly in my entire life, never seen my parents patio area look so good. I'll let the photos speak for themselves. I'm looking forward to having Henry and team back to take care of the roof and gutters next time! Thanks again Henry.

He arrived promptly, was friendly and knowledgeable, and most importantly did a spectacular job: the patio is transformed! Final cost was exactly what he quoted even though he did a bit of extra detailing work on the paneling. We're already looking around the house trying to decide what else we should get Henry's help with.

He came over to inspect our 4-house strata unit and provided a fair quote for his services. He sealed all the cracks, vent pipes, reinforced any loose gutter & then clean the roof & gutters. The estimate quote was shocking, but he explained since we had not cleaned the roof in 30 yrs, there was an excessive moss build up. After 4 days (at least 7 hrs/day), our roof looks like brand new! He was efficient in cleaning everything. We highly recommend Jason for any roof or gutter cleaning. Jason also said our future gutter cleaning would be a fraction of the cost.

I would highly recommend the services of Billy Gray from Ace Projects Contracting. He did an…read moreexcellent job of painting our whole condo of approx. 1,000 sq. feet in New Westminster. It was a very challenging job, as it was tenant occupied, full of furniture and misc. stuff everywhere. The tenant only gave us access to the condo for 2 days, with 7 hours per day to paint, and had to clean up after each day. Billy and his team of 2 painters were very careful to move the furniture away from the walls and cover it while painting. The windowsills had previously been covered in mold with paint peeling off, so Billy's team filled the uneven surfaces and re-caulked against the windows. They also sanded down the hundreds of holes in the walls that I had filled. Previously there had been grease dripping off the kitchen walls, which we tried to clean prior to painting. Thankfully Billy was able to cover the kitchen walls with a nice clean coat of paint. He didn't hesitate when I requested that he use an expensive paint from Benjamin Moore. Prior to starting the job, I had emailed Billy with various questions and a long list of tasks to ensure that we were on the same page. Billy always answered me very quickly, even if it was late at night. He was very respectful and professional at all times. Prior to the paint job, we had our condo listed for sale, for 4 months. After Billy's paint job of the entire condo, it looked bright and fresh again. We received a good offer, a few weeks later. I would gladly hire Billy Gray again for any future project work.
