    The best place to get your nails done in the DMV. Incredibly clean and welcoming. Great prices and Tiffany is my favorite tech!! Cannot recommend them enough!!

    This nail lounge and the ladies running it are both fabulous! My friend requested pedicure appts. for us online, which the business honored and even took us early. The store is very clean, has elegant but fun and tasteful lighting throughout. There is no need to stand in the lobby trying to rush picking a color, or waiting for other patrons to move, because the business has nail color books they bring to you to browse as they are prepping you! Such a smart idea!!! My right foot is worse than my left, and telling the lady this did not deter her. She assured me she could work it and she certainly did!!! She spent extra time, used the speed spinner to file the nails down, and did a great job with the grater on my heels. She was very kind, always making sure I felt good and wasn't in any pain. The leg and feet massage with oranges was heavenly! Nice steam rolling over my legs to keep them warm and dry was an unexpected surprise and delight. After all was said and done, I booked my 2nd appt. for 3 weeks out. I'm probably spelling her name wrong, but Ria did my feet and I highly recommend her. My feet are so soft right now and toes sparkly! Ria even took the time to get excess paint off of the little skin the polish managed to get on. Ria is a pro and comfortable working with. Thank you!

    I've been getting my nails done by Haley, and she always does an amazing job! She's very thorough with every step and pays great attention to detail. My feet always feel so clean and refreshed after pedicures, and my manicures turn out so pretty every time. I highly recommend her, I'll definitely be coming back!

    I would not go anywhere else! I love my nails every time! Here you get to see a few of the designs I ask, they last me 4-5 weeks and I only go because of my growth. Love their pedicures as well, so relaxing. Definitely would recommend to anyone asking. Best in the area!

    I take my wife here all the time to get her nails done. The pedicures are to die for. I got more calluses than feet at this point and they work them down to the point I got sensitive toes again. The mimosas got me in the summer vibe as well. 10/10 I would recommend to any blue collar guy trying to feel the earth beneath his feet again.

    Walked in without appointment around 2:30pm on a Thursday and got worked on right away and finished around 3:30pm! I asked for Gel X mani, short/medium length, the box they used had "XS Almond" labeled so assuming it's that length but it looks longer (love it)! Had Sam as a nail tech and she was so sweet. Interior is very pretty since it's a newer salon. I paid $63 and they gave me a happy hour discount!

    I've been coming here because Didi does an amazing job on my nails, but unfortunately, the customer service--specifically from the receptionist--has repeatedly been rude and unprofessional. A few weeks ago, my French gel nails (short) started peeling just two days after getting them done. I called to ask about a fix, and while I was told there's a 10-day warranty, I was also told that if I couldn't come in when it worked best for them, they wouldn't be able to help. After some back and forth, they finally agreed to accommodate me. Didi fixed the issue quickly and professionally--no complaints there. I had paid $60 for the service and tipped generously (as I always do), and while I don't mind paying for quality, I do expect my nails to last longer than two days. More recently, I missed an appointment because I came down with a fever and lost my voice. I tried calling to let them know, only to be told, "Well next time, Didi's not going to skip a turn for you." No empathy, no understanding--just rudeness. It honestly felt like they would've preferred me to show up sick and risk getting others ill, rather than show any kind of basic decency or flexibility. This isn't the first time I've experienced this kind of attitude from the receptionist, but I've put up with it because of how much I like Didi's work. I even planned to reschedule and tip Didi for the missed appointment. But after this last interaction, I've had enough. It's clear that customer care is not a priority here, and I'm taking my business elsewhere. My response Thank you for your response. I truly appreciate Didi's work--she's incredibly talented, and I've always made it a point to arrive early and tip generously out of respect for her time and skill. That said, I want to clarify and address several points: 1. I have never missed an appointment prior to this one. This was only my fourth visit, and I've always shown up early. To claim I've repeatedly missed appointments without notice is completely untrue. 2. I was told by your own staff that the warranty was 10 days. I didn't assume that--I was given incorrect information by your team. If the policy is 3 days, then that's a communication issue within your business, not on my part. 3. My full name was publicly posted in your response without my permission. That's a serious violation of my privacy. There is absolutely no reason to disclose a customer's full name on a public platform. 4. Nails peeling within 2 days should not be happening--period. Pointing out that you fixed them "at no extra charge" is not a favor; it's correcting a service that didn't meet reasonable expectations. I wasn't asking for anything extra--I was asking for what I paid for. 5. Dismissing the receptionist's rudeness as being "blunt" just reflects the lack of respect shown to paying clients. That's not how you talk to someone who's been courteous, punctual, and generous with tipping every time--even when service wasn't perfect. I wasn't being difficult, I was sick and trying to do the responsible thing by not showing up and potentially exposing others. I wish Didi all the best, but this experience has made it clear that customer care and basic professionalism aren't valued here. I hope your team takes this feedback seriously, especially when it comes to tone, accountability, and respecting client privacy

    My nails were crooked. I had the guy redo some of the nails, but was stubborn and kept telling me it's my finger. CLEARLY it was not my finger. He also told me he had 19 years of experience, which whoa, I would have never guessed. I paid $85 for a whole set of gel X and cat eye that didn't even look like cat eye. I had gel under my nails still, and the nails didn't fit properly making my nails look extremely skinny. 1/5 stars for me.

    I really wanted to like this place. It's new and and refreshingly clean and bright. All the equipment is new and state of the art. But the skills of some of the staff are just not up to par. I went to Constance because my regular nail tech recently moved there. I thought she was on vacation, so I agreed to see another tech. (I later found out she'd left.) I requested a classic pedicure and dipping powder manicure. While the tech was extremely detailed, she used three coats of polish (plus base and top coats) on my pedicure to "make it even." This resulted in my toenails not drying fully in the hour 1/2 between when she polished them and when she assured me they were dry and put my shoes back on. I ended up with polish inside my leather sandals. The tech also soaked my dipping powder off my nails for the 90 mins it took her to complete my pedicure, yet struggled to remove the residual powder and glue. After 30 minutes, the manager stepped in to help. She ended up finishing the appointment because I had a hard stop 2 hours and 45 minutes after the appointment started (dinner reservations), and she acknowledged the slowness of the tech. Although she tried very hard to get me done in time, the rush to deliver a full dipping polish process in 30 minutes (which she assured me she could do after I offered to just leave once she got the residual powder off my nails) left a hazy and scratched up finish on my nails, resulting from sanding the powder just before the final top coat. She tried to correct the whit "scratches", but nothing would help other than removing the powder and starting over. I left the salon with my nails looking worse than they did when I entered, and it had been 2 1/2 weeks since my last appointment. Although the manager offered to redo the polish on my toes, I'd already been there almost 3 hours and I simply didn't have time. She never offered a discount or even a gift card to bring me back for a future visit. I will definitely not be back, and I would not recommend this salon to friends.

    when I say wow I mean wow from the customer service to them being clean to the Text know what they're doing just speechless with this nail salon. This is my fifth time there and I have found a place from here on out not going nowhere else. the owner is so sweet so pleasant. She will not let you walk out the door without a smile on your face and all the texts are very pleasant and sweet. Such a great place to hang out with the vibe. There is at 8:10 all the time when you walk in the door love you Constance. My nails are 1 million bucks. Thanks to you guys.

    Since moving to NOVA 10 years ago, I have struggled to find a nail place that does nails well. However, when I discovered Constance Polish Lounge, I knew I found my new nails place. She has an array of colors for dip powders, regular polish, and gel polish that are quality. She truly looks out for her customers to ensure they have the best service at a fair and reasonable price. 10/10 recommend her salon.

    My husband and I have received facials from Jenny a couple of times now…read more The location is in a more residential area - I love the neighborhood and the fact that there is free parking onsite. As there's nothing worse than worrying about if you're going to have a ticket waiting for you after your spa service SMH. Upon entering, we're always personally greeted by Jenny. Now, I'm not the warm and fuzzy type, but there is a certain draw about her. She is so warm and caring, which directly translates into her work. Her products and methods are top notch. At the start of the facial, she always steams your face to open those pores up - then she gets to work with a lovely exfoliating mask and then layers on all the goodies. By the end of my facial, I kinda feel like a princess. And my husband, who is a very easygoing guy, says "that was nice," which is huge for him lol. He approved of the men's skincare products used, and he was absolutely radiant for the following week. So, while spending time with Jenny, I was also introduced to cupping. As I understand/lived it - Jenny has a gun that she attaches a cup to, then she attaches the cup to wherever you're tense. For me, my left shoulder/upper back get really tight, so she attached a few cups to my tense area using the suction gun. Then for a few minutes she left them on and they did their thing... The suction cups lift the skin, allowing more blood and oxygen flow to the tense area, relieving pain and stiffness without medicine. It was a weird sensation, but it did work almost instantly. The only downside is the bruising. It has been seven days and I still have a faint set of circular bruises where my cups were.

I saw the website for this business, but upon clicking on it, I am taken to other businesses that have nothing to do with Jenny's business. I don't think this is intentional, but Jenny might want to get her own webpage set up for herself. Right now her webpage is going to other businesses and one can't get the prices for her lists of services. I hope this problem is fixed soon. As for now, I will have to call and find out. Update: After speaking to Jenny, She informed me that there are different types of facials she does. Costs go from $150, $170 and $200 not including tip. Waxing is only for the eyebrows and Jenny only works on the face. Jenny doesn't do body treatments of any kind except the face. Hope this helps. As for going here, the prices I was told about seem a little to step for me. I would also want body work done and Jenny said she doesn't do that. I might make an appointment, but until that day..."C'est la vie", say the old folks, it goes to show you never can tell..."
