This place is a Milwaukee Tool authorized repair service center. I took my 10 month old drill in to…read morehave them fix it. They told me it would take 5 days. Three weeks later, they finally have it "ready" for me. The fixed it half assed. Left two screws out of the drill and in the case. I put them back in myself. Drill had multiple problems, they fixed one, and didn't test it for more apparently. I left with it, thinking it was fixed. Two days later, I took it back again, they said it would be another week, so at their suggesttion, I took the drill with me and was told I would be called when the part arrived. Three weeks goes by, and I called them to see if the part had arrived. The guy, Larry, tells me that for some reason, Milwaukee "didn't get the order". So then he says he re-ordered it. An hour later he calls me back. He says the part is unavailable and he can't fix my drill. That's when I let let Larry know how I felt about his business. So, after being dicked around by these guys for almost a month and a half, I send the drill to Milwaukee in Anaheim. They have it back to me in less than two weeks, working perfectly, and they paid the shipping both ways. SCREW KC SUPPLY!!! They're rude, incompetent, lying a-holes. I would never spend one penny in there, ever.

Artistic Granite & Marble took me and my little project seriously. They had to come out and measure twice. The first time, so I had a clue about the price, so I could budget for the quartz countertops. (Many contractors double the price for a small kitchen because they really don't want the job.) It took several months for me to have the $$$ to go forward. Everyone from their project manager, the estimator and the installers were great. They were on time, precise and professional. Austin called me promptly when I left a message, was personable and helpful in person. (Been a while since I bought an appliance, so I asked every question twice. He was totally patient. NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE.) Delivery guys came during the window they gave me, messaged me when they were a little ways out, were personable, professional and thoughtful. I bought it Monday and it was delivered today. I washed a load last night. PERFECT! BTW, I just didn't want to ADULT on this one. They made it completely painless and I even got the President's Day Sale price.

Dave was quite knowledgeable about the washers and dryers we were considering. No mean feat considering that Wes's gets brands from all over. The washers and dryers we looked at were new, maybe dinged, but otherwise quite usable. The store isn't huge, so we had maybe a dozen washers and dryers to look at. Our initial target was lower, but we couldn't pass on the fantastic deal Dave gave us on the Electrolux. We also got a new Samsung dryer--again, at a terrific deal. We chose to have the washer and dryer delivered. We received a call about 15 minutes ahead of time warning us that our delivery was imminent. Zak and Adam, the two delivery guys. took our old washer and dryer (a brief moment of silence please), and zipped in our new washer and dryer. All of it was clean, precise, and controlled. All told, it took maybe 15 minutes for the delivery. This actually wasn't our first purchase from Wes's. About six months ago we purchased an LG refrigerator. It too was professionally delivered and has worked great for us ever since.

Tony went way above and beyond to replace my 60+ year-old cast-iron tub with a new, beautiful surround and tub. When he finished (yes, in just ONE day,) he cleaned up the room even better than it had been before he started. He also noticed a slight problem with my toilet and fixed it for me! I couldn't ask for a better experience! I recommend Bath Fitter for anyone.

Maybe you need a Skagg, Staub, or a Miyabi? If you know what all those brand names are in reference to, then this truly is your playground. It's hard to not want to upgrade all your tools after going here. As someone who cooks a lot and values professional gear, this is where I can now get, test, and buy things. They even have Oxo if you need some ergonomic things and wonder how it holds up to other brands. Very friendly sales people and knowledgeable.
