Home Depot was useless but a customer who overheard me made some suggestions: 1) Don't buy anything from Ryobi again. 2) Take the mower to Idaho Tool &Equiptment. So, I took the mower in and was told they aren't a certified Ryobi Dealer, but they do work on the brand. The nice gentleman said they've gone through a lot of Ryobi servicing for the same issue that I had. "4-6" weeks is what he said to fix it. It took 2.5 weeks!!! The service dept left me a message that I could pick it up. NO CHARGE!!!!! It seems the warranty from the manufacturer was still valid. I had no clue. They could have charged me hundreds and I would have paid it. The people who work here are friendly, knowledgeable and HONEST!!!! They have me for life! I'll probably pay a little more for hardware, tools etc, but people who own small family businesses should be supported, ESPECIALLY when their customers are local and sick of supporting mammoth-sized monopolies who couldn't give a rats ass about customer service or satisfaction!!! Kudos to the owner of Idaho Tool & Equipment. The below rating is 10 STARS-NOT 5, but Yelp limits the amount of satisfaction one can express.

Artistic Granite & Marble took me and my little project seriously. They had to come out and measure twice. The first time, so I had a clue about the price, so I could budget for the quartz countertops. (Many contractors double the price for a small kitchen because they really don't want the job.) It took several months for me to have the $$$ to go forward. Everyone from their project manager, the estimator and the installers were great. They were on time, precise and professional. I couldn't be more pleased with my updated kitchen. Thank you, Artistic Granite & Marble!!!

Three weeks later, they finally have it "ready" for me. The fixed it half assed. Left two screws out of the drill and in the case. I put them back in myself. Drill had multiple problems, they fixed one, and didn't test it for more apparently. I left with it, thinking it was fixed. Two days later, I took it back again, they said it would be another week, so at their suggesttion, I took the drill with me and was told I would be called when the part arrived. Three weeks goes by, and I called them to see if the part had arrived. The guy, Larry, tells me that for some reason, Milwaukee "didn't get the order". So then he says he re-ordered it. An hour later he calls me back. He says the part is unavailable and he can't fix my drill. That's when I let let Larry know how I felt about his business. So, after being dicked around by these guys for almost a month and a half, I send the drill to Milwaukee in Anaheim. They have it back to me in less than two weeks, working perfectly, and they paid the shipping both ways. SCREW KC SUPPLY!!! They're rude, incompetent, lying a-holes. I would never spend one penny in there, ever.

They all reminded me that the Bath Fitter warranty is for the life of the house-- not the owner. Evan mentioned the tiniest thing is covered. (Original Post 6/2/2026): What did I get from my call to Bath Fitter in Boise, Idaho? An excellent experience and a wonderful new bathtub! Tony went way above and beyond to replace my 60+ year-old cast-iron tub with a new, beautiful surround and tub. When he finished (yes, in just ONE day,) he cleaned up the room even better than it had been before he started. He also noticed a slight problem with my toilet and fixed it for me! I couldn't ask for a better experience! I recommend Bath Fitter for anyone.

Dave was quite knowledgeable about the washers and dryers we were considering. No mean feat considering that Wes's gets brands from all over. The washers and dryers we looked at were new, maybe dinged, but otherwise quite usable. The store isn't huge, so we had maybe a dozen washers and dryers to look at. Our initial target was lower, but we couldn't pass on the fantastic deal Dave gave us on the Electrolux. We also got a new Samsung dryer--again, at a terrific deal. We chose to have the washer and dryer delivered. We received a call about 15 minutes ahead of time warning us that our delivery was imminent. Zak and Adam, the two delivery guys. took our old washer and dryer (a brief moment of silence please), and zipped in our new washer and dryer. All of it was clean, precise, and controlled. All told, it took maybe 15 minutes for the delivery. This actually wasn't our first purchase from Wes's. About six months ago we purchased an LG refrigerator. It too was professionally delivered and has worked great for us ever since.
