While working at Terminal Stores in Chelsea the building had 26 elevators which were there for a…read morelong time they definitely were not brand new Warren Elevator serviced our Elevator's I would like to say the company is great dealing with Kevin and the company was always easy all it took was a phone call regardless who picked up the phone if it was the receptionist or Kevin they were always polite and understanding along with any mechanic they sent to the building they were easy to deal with while maintaining 26 elevators during the week upon arrival they would be given the keys to the rooftop to gain access to the elevator rooms so they could do what needed to be done and after completion I would notice they kept the elevator rooms clean and never had any issues with the owner or the employees I wish the company many more good years to come for their company. - Joseph Shoresky.

They have been servicing our elevator (the 100th ever installed in New York City) for a few years now.
