I paid the extra $121 under duress & at that point, they turned around & refused to deliver & refunded my money. I believe they finally refused it to me bc they realized that they wouldn't be able to get me to pay even more than the $121 extra they managed to gouge out of me! I reported them to Consumer Protection but they can't be held accountable legally bc they refunded my money. As a result, I will take my business elsewhere for the other furniture I need to purchase in the future & I suggest anyone reading this do the same.

He wrote up the sale and told me that he threw the protection plan in for free. I didn't question it because it had a 00 cost on the receipt. When I got home I reviewed the bill and realized he had actually added the plan to the cost and overcharged me the extra $200. I called and he tried to tell me the furniture was more money than was listed on the price tags. When I told him that was ludicrous, he said he'd have the charges reversed.
