Super quick and friendly service, and delicious coffee. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes with "Rose colored glasses" AKA an iced pistachio rose latte. Definitely quicker and just as tasty as the very long lined bakery nearby at 10:30am on a Sunday. The bus is now a white Schoolie and clean and decorated in a minimalistic coffee shop vibe, with some cute signs/cards up with magnets. There is a little two seater table inside too. Woman owned, socially conscious. It's a yes, I will go back for sure!

Awesome little bus serving great coffee. Got a pour over made with Handlebar beans. Solid little spot.

The cutest VW mobile coffee ever! Probably one of the best cups of coffee right next to the best view! The barista is so sweet and kind as they share with you their story and their love of coffee! I tried the Honey Lavender Latte with oat milk and it was great! Also LOVE their selection of alternative milks! Considered Coffee has different locations each day so I recommend following them on social media to see their schedule. If you want this view, visit the bus on Fridays at Butterfly Beach in Montecito! Great place to unwind and take a walk with some goodness in your hands!

I went and checked out Considered Coffee Bus. It's an awesome pop up that moves locations throughout Santa Barbara and Montecito. The coffee is awesome and they brew it inside the van which is converted into a mobile coffee machine. I stopped by in the Funk Zone and they took my order, customized it and had it ready in seconds. It's a perfect way to get a cup of coffee and enjoy a beautiful day in Santa Barbara.

I forget how I came across this van selling coffee but I signed up for the updates and decided to give them a try. I had the opportunity to grab a drink today before work. I ordered a quad on ice and it was good. They used Handlebar coffee beans to pull the shots of espresso. They use great equipment such as La Marzocco machine and Acaia scale. Apparently this cute VW van goes around town providing coffee and you sign up to be in the know of where it'll be next. I'm not too sure what the concept behind their vision is, to be honest. The website says womyn owned and led but didnt see any womyn on site. They used beans from Handlebar which is a local coffee roaster. I was thinking maybe they roasted their own beans which would set them apart from other coffee places. Anyway, it's a cute thing to do if you want coffee from a van. I'd say check them out! Great for photos on the 'gram

Considered Coffee serves beans roasted by Handlebar. What could be better than the best beans at the best view?

Hubby and I enjoyed Considered Coffee Bus at Shoreline Park today, when we grabbed Ginny and headed over for a mid-morning break. Hubby makes pour-overs daily, but I'm a tea drinker and I try to steer clear of sugar, so we went to pick our separate pleasures. Hubby got a cappuccino and exclaimed "Wow" on first sip! I ordered the special honey lavender latte and was surprised to find it had coffee in it. The honey lavender part was amazing, but I didn't realize when I ordered it that it would have coffee in it. Oh well. It was still tasty and very smooth. We also ordered some of the Bliss Balls that they sell. We sat on a bench and enjoyed our drinks and split a packet of Almond Peanut Butter balls. Very clean ingredients that we could even share with Ginny and delish! On the way out, I went back and got a few more Bliss Balls as snacks to tuck in various places when we're out and hangry. Also, grabbed a chai latte, which was delicious and had no sugar! I didn't think to ask the attendant's name, but the service was outstanding. Hubby, Ginny, and I all agree that a weekly mid-morning break at Considered Coffee on Shoreline will resume until further notice!

This a fantastic coffee bus that serves delicious handlebar beans and conveniently comes to ME!! Whether I'm in Isla Vista or downtown at the farmers market, Considered is THERE! I love a classic latte and also their selection of syrups and custom drinks. They also offer really nice reusable cups that I like to save for pic IV's and park events.

Updated review: This breaks my heart to write because i love this coffee and business. Being a big fan, i followed them on social media and signed up for their daily texts. I don't have a ton of wiggle room in my work calendar but when I do, i try to go support this business (and get good coffee). There were four times I went to the location they were reportedly at only to find them not there. Four times! I even texted asking if they were there or where they might have moved to, with no response. Look, i get that things happen, I really do. But when you text me your location at 6am, stating you'll be there starting at 7am and you aren't there around 9am with no update, it's gonna annoy me. Especially when I go out of my way during work to go support you. I also had one coffee that had grounds covering the bottom of my cup once. Wouldn't usually mention it because things happen but it's just another "ugh" moment with this business.

The service here was amazing! We tried the blackberry basil latte and it was the best coffee I've had in a while. The vibes were great, I hope this coffee bus continues to succeed!

I love the idea of a mobile coffee bus and Considered Coffee does not disappoint! It was a great excuse to go to the beach on a nice Friday afternoon too! Their menu is pretty extensive for being a mobile coffee option and my matcha latte was so good! Their staff were really friendly and and I didn't have to wait long at all to get my order. Just a note, they don't have a huge selection of milk options.

Today I came by Considered Coffee's "Grand Appearance" in the Funk Zone. I was super stoked to meet the female owner, Pia, after following the concept on Instagram and now seeing it come to life! All of the baristas were smiley, welcoming and very friendly. I truly love the business' saying: "Coffee is calling for something different...steeped in something special." It honestly shows because they want each guest to feel considered. They also strive to be transparent with pricing (the one price includes sales tax and gratuity, plus alternative milk)! This amount allows them to pay each barista a living wage, plus donate an additional 5% to important non-profits. Lastly, what also makes Considered so unique is that this is all done out of a mobile VW Mini Bus! Not just any bus, but one that's solar powered and generated supplemented! After being handed my individually made cup of latte, I honestly could taste something different. The smooth, nutty oat milk in the background of perfectly balanced espresso. It was by far one of the top 3 lattes I've had ever during my past 5 years in Santa Barbara! I can't wait to return and try another coffee creation. Welcome to Santa Barbara, Considered! How it works: - Text "coffee" to (805) 387-9157. - Accept to subscribe. - You're a Considered Coffee regular for life! The text message will say where they are located around town from 7 am - 3ish pm. Psst...Their playlist is available on their website too!

First things first...what a brilliant idea!! A mobile coffee shop that can meet the need for coffee in different locations around town. Second of all...best latte and americano ever!! Freshly made and perfect way to start a sunny Sunday! Our barista was kind, conversational and careful with our orders. I will definitely be back and highly recommend to friends.

Is there anyone that doesn't want the convenience of curbside coffee? Especially if the coffee is really good! If you happen to see this cute VW bus with the teardrop trailer in your neighborhood, I suggest stopping and trying. And you'll even get latte art if that is your drink of choice. This is a woman owned, environmentally friendly business that I will stop at every time I see it!

Like many parts of Santa Barbara, the buildings are steeped in history and reflect the Spanish heritage of the city. I walked in my dog (they're dog friendly!) and went straight to look for the menu. My dog immediately found the bike pump and the snacks they leave for dogs. Service is super nice! They all seem very jovial and cheerful - making it a really nice local vibe. It was great to see the community in the coffee shop. Sadly, the coffee leaves something to be desired. Their menu is pretty standard - you got your flat whites, cappuccinos, lattes - and nothing special or standout from the menu. That's fine - you can still be a standout coffee shop with a standard menu. I ordered two vanilla lattes - one hot, and the other iced with oat milk. Unfortunately, I think my order was misheard as my iced oat latte was missing the vanilla. - Vanilla Latte: Fine. My partner typically orders this everywhere and he said it was fine, but nothing standout. 3/5 - Iced Oat Latte: Already mentioned it was missing the vanilla I asked for, so I'll discuss the other elements. They use a darker roast - thus, making it more susceptible to a bitter taste. That, and I believe an over-extraction or a longer pull made the coffee quite bitter. They also served it in the same cup as the hot coffee. My main issue with this is that I'm a slower coffee drinker, and thus my cup began disintegrating as time passed. Their cups aren't constructed to uphold iced coffee well. 2/5 It was such a prime location nearby the USPS and is sat in a great historic area. Handlebars has great staff, who clearly enjoy their jobs, and have a great community surrounding it. It's sad that their coffee is subpar. Strongly recommend you order your coffee hot, to drink in-store, or just avoid.
