They really kept me on task/gave direction when I needed to sift through things which was incredibly helpful. Otherwise when I had to work or was busy with my kids they never seem to waste a minute. Moving with two toddlers was completely overwhelming, but they unpacked and got us organized in the new house in just two days. I called them back to organize the garage I'd managed to stuff full with overflow and in just a day they had it all perfectly purged, sorted and stacked. They showed up on-time and worked without stopping aside from a short lunch break (which was always fun getting to chat with them) -which was quite impressive given the slog I put them through. On our recent family sojourn to CO, we hired Stephani as our concierge attendant to oversee the care and feeding of our sweet kitties and to tend to our home, mail, plants and pool. From the get go, at our initial meeting, she was beyond professional and made notes regarding all of our instructions. My husband is very picky and private, so is rather particular about many details, and Stephani was gracious and reassuring on every front, going above and beyond to respond with just the right attitude and to complete every request made of her to report activities to us on a regular basis. She not only kept everything in perfect order, but she even participated in a City of Austin water sampling on our behalf. We received videos of our pets and notes on the situation at home, including assessment after a storm had caused a power outage and alarms had to be reset. We would hire Awesome Assistants again in a heartbeat and cannot recommend Stephani highly enough. She even left us a thank you note...along with a pretty plant to welcome us home. Now, if only I had a live-in assistant who could keep the flowers in as good condition as she did! We are more than happy to be a reference for Stephani.
