SCAMMED, SWINDLED and BAMBOOZLED... Unprofessional and inept! The wrong flowers were delivered on Valentine's day plus some were broken. The company was contacted and pictures were sent, a refund was requested because it is now after the fact. They decide they were going to make things right rather than issuing a refund and deliver the correct bouquet. They said in the moring for sure...No one showed up, we called around 2pm and spoke with a representative, representative said she would contact the store...we explained no one was at home anymore to receive the flowers because they said they would deliver "first thing" in the morning, waited all morning and we are tired of the games and want a refund...Conroy's called us back and said they couldn't find the address though they had no issues with finding the address the day before. Moreover, we made it very clear no one is at home and do not need the flowers anymore, these arses decided to leave the flowers on the door step around 2:54pm to make an insult to injury the bouquet is notting near what we ordered and the flowers and leaves are old, decaying and yellowing.smh I am extremely disgusted! I order an order from long distance for my sister and they told me that delivery was going to be there in 2 to 3 hours that I was supposed to get an email confirmation and also another email saying that the Delivery was already done. Over three hours I was getting worried so I called and this lady answered me she was being really rude screaming at me saying that she didn't have no control over what the driver was going to send me also said that the driver had already left 20 minutes ago just a note my sister lives 10 minutes away from Conroy's still haven't got anything very bad customer service and also before making my order I was trying to do it online and it wasn't letting me so I had to call for the order. Omg so I've order a lot of flowers/roses here to be deliver for the past few years and today I was very disappointed. I order a dozen of roses on Thursday to be deliver today and the roses were very disappointing to look at they were semi-dead I mean they had a black colored on some of the tips and some of them looked like it was going to fall already. Last night I was last minute buying tulips for my partners mom 6 year gone anniversary. I was in Home Depot about to buy 2 packages of tulips for $6.98 each but instead thought my partner and her mom deserve more. I called the nearest flower shop which according to Yelp was Conroy's. Dora answered the phone and told me they were open until 7pm, so I rushed right over. When I got there I told her I had just called she knew what I was looking for and went to the back to pull them out fresh. I picked the pink and white tulips and she made me a beautiful arrangement and also dropped some knowledge about what tulips like and don't like. Never again will I order from Conroys. I ordered a plant for a funeral and specifically asked them to dress it up with some baby breath and flowers and was told it would be done. It wasn't! AHHHHMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I don't usually give 5 stars but my continued experience at Conroy's has been beyond 5 stars. Every time I walk in Conroy's I'm greeted by Claudia with a "hello, How are you" or "welcome back" The establishment is always clean, smells sooooo fresh and the flowers are always colorful and bright (unlike some flower stores where the flowers look like they are on life support) I've been to this Conroy's a handful of times and have always been impressed with Claudia's creativity and recommendations. Horrible experience! I placed an online order for delivery of a Mother's Day corsage for my mom at a charge of $52 because my regular florist shit down. At 530 on the day set for delivery I called the number on my confirming email and was told they had no record of the order. They pawned me off on 1800fliwers when I called them they had no record of the order either. I contacted my husband frantically to check if our credit card had been charged. It was on the day I placed the order. So he called. After talking to same girl several minutes she gave him the same song and dance until He mentioned they had already charged us for the order suddenly the response was ok we'll be there shortly. Several emails to the company went unanswered. It's easily accessible at the intersection of two main roads, and has it's own parking lot. There was a nice selection of arrangements already available or you could of course have one made to your own specifications. We found a pre-made bouquet we liked and the florist was nice to swap out some flowers and customized it for us. Friendly service, the prices are reasonable and the selection is good. My experience at 1800 conroys flower was totally AWFUL. *disclaimer this is an online order delivery* I actually wanted to put zero star but it didn't let me. I ordered flower last year and I though it was an great experience so I ordered it again for Mother's Day. But I regret buying it from here. First of all I paid extra to get delivered on Saturday, the day before Mother's Day because it was unavailable to deliver it on Mother's Day. But the next day after I ordered my flower I got a call from them that they can't deliver on Sunday, so I was like oh then can you guys deliver it on Mother's Day? They said yes so we were expecting the flower to deliver on Mother's Day. But it never came and I tracked my flower and it wasn't even shipped, like wtf. so I called them again and told them it didn't deliver, so of course I asked them for a refund because I paid extra for delivery on weekend or on Mother's Day, they told us that they will give us $20 back and told me that it will deliver on Tuesday, and I didn't get my money back from them so I called them AGAIN. They offered me a $20 worth credits for 1800 conroys flower, but I said oh I don't need credits for it because I wouldn't buy anything here on the future because I wasn't satisfied. BUT UNFORTUNATELY they said they can't do anything except for that. LIKE why? We paid extra and it didn't deliver on time and who would want to buy things from them?!?!
