John was also able to do all the leg work for me, calling the Honda dealership to ensure what they found was the correct thing to repair, called Honda about warranties, and also contacted my extended warranty company to ensure all is covered. I should have my car repaired quickly after the part arrives in a day or two. In the meantime they are finding me a rental car to use for my business trip so I don't miss my appointments this week while my car waits to be fixed! Excellent customer service! Requesting a tire change from winter back to summer was told that drop off was the only possibility, had been in force for a year and a half. Totally false because I made an actual appointment and waited when the winter tires were put on a few months ago! They have a waiting area, however was told we could not wait in waiting room we had to drop off and could not make an appointment to wait outside or anywhere! One hundred mile round trip at $ 4.00 a gallon and unable to have any pick up or rental to drop off for the day. They want to do business on their time frame, not ours. Customer service is NOT to have to go across street to rent a car. Very rude, uncaring and not what we have to put up with at all. Wishing them well with their new rules that do not involve customer service, sadly.
