Hands down, the best car buying experience we've ever had. My dad's brand new truck was totaled out, so we helped him shop for a new one. We found one through the BB Ludington website but it ended up being at the Coopersville store. After about four minutes of negotiation over the phone, the deal was done, financing secured, and the best part...their driver came down to Coopersville to get the truck, drove it to my dad who is in a nursing home / rehab home in Allendale for him to see the truck and sign the papers. After that, the driver took the truck to Ludington to get detailed, and two hours later, my husband and I stopped to pick it up. We heard through a few friends there were some issues with the service department, but the location was covenient so we purchased a new fusion. Had the third oil change and tire rotation done today, and after driving away 1 block had a hard shake and wobble. Turns out they did not tighten the lug nuts on the rear passenger wheel, and two of them had already fallen out. Pulled into a parking lot and gave them a call, they showed up 10 minutes later, didn't say much just a mumble "sorry", refastened the wheel and left. Won't go there for service again. read more
