The Conrad has sent a standard that I will be using to help book stays going forward. EXEMPLARY is the best way to describe our experience staying here. First thing.. arriving was a mess due to the Pacers winning and the celebration hit the streets causing traffic jams and delayed our arrival. The staff were very polite & said our reservation will still be standing when I called to inform our late arrival. Secondly check was so relaxed & a breeze, we went ahead & did valet parking due to our late arrival & drive we didn't want to hassle with finding parking. But the reception was great everyone was friendly & so helpful, just made my evening a bit better. The concierge who checked me was so patient with me, I was in the middle stages of hangry weariness that my brain was shutting down and I was so glad that she should me some grace. The room was so beautiful and quiet. I immediately felt relaxed there was a robe & slippers, the decor was calming & comforting. The room was clean and the bed super comfortable & inviting it was hard to leave in the morning. Check out was even more amazing, they had a coffee station, and concierge was so professional & helped with the valet service offered a water we waited for our vehicle. The valets were very helpful in getting us loaded up and directly us out due to the traffic. We were both blown away by our overall experience during our stay that we may only book our stays within the Hilton chains.

My husband and I recently celebrated our 1-year anniversary and decided to book a room downtown at the Conrad. We'd stayed here overnight during the Summer and had an absolute ball. The level of customer service here is a cut above the rest. I am a proud Hilton Honors member and enjoy staying at many of their different properties, but the Conrad definitely aims to please. I had a hiccup during booking and phoned customer service. Together, along with the front desk at the hotel, they were able to quickly and seamlessly remedy my issue. From valet, to the bellman, the front desk and room service, everyone made a positive impression and made sure that we were well taken care of. During this visit, we were on the 6th floor, which is also where the spa, pool, fitness center and jacuzzi are. Normally, I would've preferred a higher floor, but this worked out for us perfectly. During the night of our stay, we were able to quickly pop over to the jacuzzi for a quick soak before bed (and before it closed for the night) and the next morning, we were able to do the same just before preparing to check-out. I'd like to give an extra special shout out to Jacob in dining services. My husband and I try to be unproblematic guests wherever we venture, but we do like our food a certain way. My husband only uses Splenda with his coffee and adds an obscene amount of creamer to it and I like to add sugar to my already frosted flakes! Hubby likes jelly with his eggs (don't ask) and I like to dip my sausage in syrup. It was a tall order and when it arrived we were missing an item or two. I think I called down to Dining Services 4 times and Jacob was more than accommodating. He didn't get cross with me and sent someone right up with everything we needed. He is the real MVP!

I booked an overnight stay to celebrate my partner's birthday and the Conrad did a fantastic job helping to make it special. I received an email from the concierge a few days prior to arrival and replied to let the concierge know that I was a diamond member looking forward to our stay. I inquired about some restaurant recommendations and asked if possible to include a small treat to acknowledge the birthday. They did even better. I received a complimentary room upgrade, chocolate covered strawberries, snack basket, and a bottle of champagne. He was so very happy and appreciative for the extras, I looked like a rockstar. We arrived early that day and for a small fee of $60, we have access to a room. Definitely worth it. The hotel is in a fantastic location. It has a wine tasting room and Capital Grille Restaurant connected to it. The room was spacious and clean. Outside within minutes of the property are other restaurants and shopping as well as a cigar lounge. Approximately 15-minutes walk away is Mass Ave that has lots of restaurants, shops, and an ice cream shop. Lastly, the Lucas Oil Stadium is within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel has amenities that we did not get an opportunity to experience but I would definitely stay here again.

We had a splendid visit . The Conrad has really come into its own in the last decade . I stayed there when it first opened , and it was not ready for prime time . It most certainly is now! Wow! I felt like I was in Beverly Hills . Service . Valets . Concierge . Maid service all exquisitely executed in Thor duties and the spa was a model of what a luxury's hotel spa should be. The pool was as clean as can be, as was the hot spa . Our room had a fascinating view of new construction on downtown buildings and we could see a few miles . It was really great

Live in Indy, but got to stay a few nights due to a work conference. (Honestly, something that would normally be out of my budget.) But all the staff, room quality, service, valets, everything was great. Just what I would expect. Convenient location and very walkable to other downtown amenities. I stayed on the "long end" of the building while a friend was on the "short end," and I liked the layout of my room a lot more than hers -- if just made it feel much larger even thought we techinically had the same type of room. The bathroom was great - super large tub and an adjoining doubble-head rian shower. (I didn't get pics of that, though.) Also, I learned that every room in the hotel is dog friendly. I didn't use this, but I like that concept a lot! They have a gorgeous wellness center and spa. My friend did get a massage and said it was heaven, too. #ReviewsByRL

Nice, safe, clean and comfortable hotel. The staff here is great. They make you feel right at home. Recognized me as a returning guests. The rooms are very clean and the beds are great. They seems a little outdated, as they haven't changed much since they've opened. The showers are great! I opted to park a block away for roughly $12 overnight as they offered charging for EV's. The hotel doesn't, as far as I know I didn't eat at the hotel, so can't comment on the food. However, been to Capital Grill and the wine bar that are both very close, and they are great options.

So we checked in on Friday night, Saturday morning at around 9 a.m we were woken up by hammers, saw, chisels and the sound of a very loud work crew. The hotel knew this was going to be going on and still placed us right next to this bull crap. We contacted the front desk and they said, sorry we are at full capacity but we can send someone up and ask if they can quite down. So basically make it so the hammers aren't as loud?! Oh, and the super helpful person at the front desk said, oh! They stop at five! We came up to take a nap and can't even do that because this joke of a hotel has a construction crew on a Saturday when they are at full capacity. Four hundred dollars a night to stay in Indianapolis... Indianapolis and this crap hotel has construction going on! Monday through Friday I could understand, because if you are coming in for business you're more than likely gone before 9 a.m. if your coming in for a concert and you want to enjoy your time on the weekend but you can't because they have saws, hammers, god knows what else, and you can't, that's a joke. Stay elsewhere!

The hotel is attached to Capital Grille and Tasting Room but the ownership group does not allow resort credit to be used there despite allowing room charges. Some will tell you if you ask enough the credit is actually valid there but they want to force you to use the overpriced room service with fees . The room service was hard to even order - you have to call "0" and then try to be transferred which can take over 10 minutes. 2 Otis Spunkmeyer cookies and a small glass of milk is about $15 no wonder they want you to be forced to use room service verses the restaurant. The spa service was outstanding, room was comfortable and location great but this is not a luxury hotel. All in all I a happy but this hotel is not a luxury place to stay and should never have the Conrad name attached- it is a Curio or Hilton property at best. I do not want any thing from this review but just want other potential guests to know skip this place and stay elsewhere (Marriott or the normal Hilton ) The valet team including Jon is fantastic though- they are the face of the hotel and rock. Would be awesome if they took over the entire hotel ;)

The King bed room was $249 a night before taxes, parking, etc for a final $1,098.27 for 4days/3nights and roughly $80 of that was from food and beverage bled to the room. The service really stood out from check in to check out. Everyone from housekeeping to the front desk, was friendly and welcoming every time I passed by or needed anything it was a great encounter. It was every staff member. I chose self parking in the garage over valet. Plenty of parking and easy to access. The restaurants are good. The room felt luxurious with great amenities with wood accents in the foyer, floor to ceiling windows, a safe, mini fridge, full size ironing board, great bathroom, plenty of hot water (32nd floor), a nice desk area for working, and a good size TV. The workout facilities were great too with water and fresh fruit provided. No downsides during my stay. Overall, really impressed with both the service and the experience. I identified Home2 Suites by Hilton Indianapolis Downtown to stay during my weekend in Indianapolis…read morebecause of its distance from my relative, and it being near Monument Circle and the World War Memorial. Other than that, I loved that it is a Hilton hotel, and the fact that it was lower in cost by a lot once I utilized my Expedia OneKeyCash rewards. I must mention parking because it was one thing that made me selective of hotel stay in the area. At Home2 Suites, valet parking is listed at $45.00, but if you want to take a chance there are parking garages in the surrounding area which cost around the same price. I parked at the garage located within Regions Tower and paid only $50.00 overnight. And there is metered parking in the area, if you are lucky to find a spot. My experience with the receptionist working behind the counter was nothing less than professional. Since my room had already been booked through Expedia, the only thing check-in consisted of was a verification of my information, a briefing of what the hotel offers, and giving me my room key. For your information check-in starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 12:00 AM! And check-out ends at 11:00 AM! Home2 Suites, as expected, appeared immaculately beautiful! After locating and entering the room I stayed in, I said to myself "Lovely" once I took notice of the room and its kitchenet area. It came with a refrigerator, dishwasher, a sink with garbage disposal, plus cabinets with dishware and pots & pans inside. Now the furniture in the room gave the room somewhat of a homely like feel. The couch, and the carpet on the room looked like something you would see in your grandmother's house I swear, tehehe. The workspace in the room had a rollable table along with a rollable chair. And inside of the bathroom, there were liquid hygiene products inside of the shower attached to the wall. Seems like hotels are slowly doing away with the mini shampoo, bath soap, and conditioner products that make great travel hygiene additions. Along with those notable things inside of the room, it met my cleanliness standards. I had no issues whatsoever getting comfortable in the king-sized bed during my stay as my head was engulfed in-between the comfortable pillows. While utilizing the shower, I was satisfied with the water pressure of it, as well as being able to toggle with the spray patterns. Other things the room came with that I noticed were an iron, ironing board, an extra comforter, and a few lamps with electrical outlets. And the Wi-Fi internet was easy to connect to and not once did I have any connectivity issues with it during my stay. Served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM on weekdays, and from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM on the weekend; it was a relief to have the complimentary breakfast because I did not have to worry about finding a restaurant in the area. Using a waffle maker for the first time ever was a fun experience I must say. Overall, I was very satisfied with the quality of what was presented for the complimentary breakfast. I would surely book with Home2 Suites by Hilton Indianapolis Downtown again due to my experience with it because the hotel met my comfort needs, and I loved that its location is within an accessible distance of things of my interest in the city of Indianapolis. ~ Good vibes coming your way ~ Thomas G

Nothing crazy but we were able to leave our suitcases open on the floor so that's a plus. Our room was clean and cleaned the one day we were there (2 nights). Bed was comfy no issues with that. I get all the way down there, just to move 2 rooms down after packing everything up and going down eleven floors, instead of them bringing ME up a new card for a new room. That is poor customer service. Let me be clear. They were not busy. I woke up at nine a m with a paper under my door. I received a charge of $585!!!!! Now let me just tell you, i went in my room and went right to sleep, because I was exhausted for my day of travel. This letter told me that I had been smoking in the room and charged me this amount. I immediately called down a customer service and was told that they would take it off when the manager came in at eleven o'clock. I was somewhat relieved at this, so I went on with my morning and got ready and went down and waited. The manager assured me that they would not charge my card and that I had not been charged yet. They went ahead and charged my card for the room. I checked my card and I had only been charged for the room and a $50 charge for a deposit. I left and went on with my day with a receipt, feeling confident that the manager had done her job. A couple hours later, I looked at my bank account, and I saw that I was charged after all . $585!!!!!! More . 4 hours later! I don't know if she thought I wouldn't see it or what! I called and she swore to me that I was in charge. So I sent her a snapshot and called her a liar. So then she told me that it would be removed and it would take 5 to 10 days! Can you believe that? I settled for some points to makeup for the "error". I'm also used to have a doorman at major city hotels of which there was none and so we had to rely on the kindness of the valet to get us a cart and helpunload all of our bags. On a plus side, the rooms were clean all the amenities worked. The bathroom set up was a little odd, however with the toilet right under and adjacthe sink so I can't say I've seen that one before. Also some standing water in the shower when in use. However, I did sleep very well. The blackout curtains were excellent then AC wasn't annoying making tons of noise. Finally, the presidential breakfast or whatever you call it area was nice as a sharply dressed, older gentleman, assisting patrons and helping keep the area clean. And also the hotel gym was pretty good with plenty of space and decent equipment. Overall, I wont book here again, but it's not a bad hotel just a little below the normal Marriott standard I'm used too.

I was in town for a conference, and last year I booked a hotel two months before it and my hotel was about a mile away (oddly enough, a Hampton Inn co-located with a Homewood Suites), so this time I booked in January. Customer service here was superb, from start to finish. After checking in, I received a text asking how everything was going, and during my stay I was able to send follow-up texts if I had questions or needed anything. In addition, I was able to borrow/sign out an umbrella one day when it was raining - there's a $25 fee if you don't return it that day, but it's a very nice service they offer. I realized I forgot a shower cap one day, too, and the front desk was able to provide me with one. Pros: -Huge and unique rooms. The building is from the late 1800s and has been repurposed into this hotel. I think my room was bigger than my first apartment! -Nice sitting area with a couch even though I had a king studio suite. Huge kitchen with full-size fridge and freezer, plus flatware and even cooking utensils. -Large bathroom area, although no bathtub, just a shower. -Free breakfast daily, and they even had almond milk and oat milk for cereal - I have to drink non-dairy milk exclusively and hotels rarely have it available. -Free cookies at front desk -The staff was super friendly, when I returned every day from the conference I was welcomed back Cons: -Very few from me, but: no safe in the room -Towels are small but that's normal for most hotels nowadays -Wifi was a little wonky - on my computer and work iPhone it was fine, and also fast, but on my Android/personal phone, texts were delayed. I'm going to chalk this up to my phone being weird. Overall I LOVED my stay here and would 100% stay here again. If you're in town for a convention, it's only a two-block aka five-minute walk to the convention center, too, which was great.

Great stay and friendly service. Beds were comfy, had hot water. All the Hampton Inn amenities and traditional Hampton Inn Breakfast (but the share with Homewood Suites). The self parking situation makes me nervous, especially since i left and came back late. I lucked out finding a spot at the very end. I would have most likely had to switch to valet both are pricy but the self-parking is limited and no real close by options I could find. Hilton Honors members get member rates for both the Homewood and Hampton. I chose Hampton for the better price and bonus points are higher. I was not disappointed and would say pleasantly surprised. Rooms were great. Hotel was clean and loved it had the historic church incorporated into the hotel, as well as a great location. I even walked down to Kroger to pick up some snacks. For service, rooms, atmosphere, and overall quality I have to go with 5 starts here and would love to stay here again.

It used to be a church, so history attached which is always interesting. I didn't realize it was a…read moreHomewood and Hampton. We stayed in Hampton section and room looked over to IU Indianapolis University which was nice to see since that's why we were here but it did come with noise. We were on 5th floor and the sirens definitely made an impression as they past by. It didn't negatively impact our stay but probably would choose a room away from busy roads. The hallways for Hampton were much colder than Homewood hallways but our room was nice and comfortable. I got to enjoy the pool which was really nice. And all the staff have been great. Raleigh checked us in and she was awesome.
