That day I was promised a FREE oil change, after about two weeks of calling up there every other day to reschedule with him, over and over telling me a different day, making crazy excuses not to do it (such as his DAD dying?!? Like seriously.) at this point I spoke with management and they promised they would fix his errors but only 50% off. I should have left it there, and never returned. I set the appointment, the day I get there they mentioned nothing to me, UNTIL they are done, and come to surprise no discount at all. I'll obviously never return or recommend anyone to this place.

Colfax sits a car wash emporium waiting to clean your vehicle. I usually buy the second tier wash, which runs me $10, and my car will shine for a few days. In my humble opinion, my favorite aspect of Bucky's are the free vacuums! Not sure if I'm 97 years old because I'm getting excited about vacuums, but if you have a dog who sheds you feel me. Spacious spots with vacuums on both sides make it fairly easy to clean the interior. Have I had a better and cheaper car wash in my day? Probably. No reason to complain though. The experience is fairly convenient. And to me, you can't put a price on convenience!

The vacuums come free with purchase of a wash but I feel like there were people there just using them without it, which is a bummer. Just pay the 10$.... Your car sits on a conveyor belt of sorts and they pull you through. Overall, fine experience. I actually wish the wash was longer but it got my car fairly clean and I know others want it to be a speedy process.

They explained everything as they went, made sure I understood my options, and never wasted a second. This place redefines FAST! It honestly felt like being at the Indy 500 in the pit lane. Also, I didn't have to get out of my car which was great. That must be new because the last time I was there I remember going to a waiting area. Being in the car made the process quicker and I could communicate better with the technicians. The manager, Mark, introduced himself and was super professional and friendly. I paid $119 for the oil change which felt like a fair price. I'll be back for sure.
