I'm glad they're taking a lunch break!! But why check me out part way and then go on and on saying how "we should have already closed for lunch" and cancel the transaction only to make me sit in the parking lot for a half hour? I don't mind the half hour. I don't mind the lunch break. I've stood in line plenty of times when I arrive at a pharmacy during their lunch break. I've never complained. I DO mind their systems not working and then them acting as though I am putting THEM out. If they "should have already closed for lunch" then why didn't they? When I was in line to be checked out there were three people working. One of them could have said "sorry we're closed for lunch". Or they could have a sign up or a chain across the waiting line or anything help me at the counter, ask me my birthdate, try twice to get their system to scan me in, go get my medication and double check my birthdate getting ready to hand it to me AND ONLY THEN tell me they're closed for lunch. Makes no sense.
