WTF....He pulled the latch from the opposite end. Fu**king dummy. Would had called the cops to get a report and have the owner's insurance pay for it. Did not find out about it until 3 hrs later. Tonight was the second time I went there BEFORE 9 pm and was told they were closed, yet the pumps were still on. In fact, a car had literally pulled away 30 seconds before I pulled up to the pump. It was 8:56. I drove .1 miles down Springfield Ave to NP and got gas there. I will no longer go to this Exxon station for my gas.

A classic and unbelievable BAIT AND SWITCH company. DO NOT USE!…read more I made an appointment for my Toyota FJ Cruiser, which needs a few specialty parts (I've had the windshield done before so I know this) and they quoted me $371. On the day of the install, the tech calls and said "I dont have the parts, they didn't tell me I needed them." Ok, very frustrating, but I rescheduled AND called back to CONFIRM that they knew what vehicle they were replacing. They said yes, all set. Then, on the morning of the second appointment, the tech called me and said, "Okay, so it will be $651." Yes, almost THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS more. I called the office and the guy said, "well, it's an FJ Cruiser and it needs special parts." Well no kidding, you knew that from the beginning! What an absolute joke and waste of my time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. There is no way they have a 4.7 out of 5 stars, that has to be fake. Run as fast as you can from this joke of a company.

So...I called the Lincoln dealership to ask them for an estimate to fix/replace my Apple car play…read moremodule since I had spilled coffee into it. They wanted $350 to diagnose the problem and then told me that depending on the problem, it would cost between $600-$1,200. I then called Scott at Pro Automotive in Flanders. He ordered and replaced the Apple car play module for approximately $300. We have been going to Scott for years and he comes through every single time!!! Honest, reliable and hard working....he's the best!!! End of story.
