I have been so happy with them that when my parents who live in Colorado needed a new refrigerator I recommended Conns to them as Home Depot could not get them a new refrigerator out for two weeks! I recommended Conns to my friend and they delivered a side by side refrigerator. Everything was going great, however the right side of the door was put in wrong because it wouldn't close properly so that the seal worked. I have called and my friend has called and they are five days out. Never mind that this woman who can't walk and is extremely handicapped just bought groceries, they still won't come out. I really don't care that they contract with a company in Phoenix, we live in Yuma and if you can't do your job right the first time then you shouldn't be in this business and leave defenseless people stranded. Conns is appropriately named. Bought a washer and dryer set and the washer control panel was not working reliably. Go to the store to get warranty service and they said to call the 800 to schedule a service tech to come fix it. They couldn't find any available techs to come to us so they said go back to the store and they will handle it. Jumping through hoops now. They finally got someone to replace the washer because nobody knows how to fix anything. Conns was supposed to hook it up and run a test to make sure it's working properly. They said they couldn't because the water hose was not a Conns hose..........a water hose...... ARE YOU F'n KIDDING ME!! An absolute 'con' . Never shop there for anything again. read more

Drop off service was provided, workers wore mask, gloves and shoe covers, they inspected my items for damages before assembling for me. About 2 weeks later when I had time I put it up on my wall and turned it on there were lines going through and across it obviously it was damaged between the warehouse and my house they refuse to fix it they said it had a crack screen there is no cracked screen they didn't even bother to come out and look at it they only went off pictures I sent them I had the extended warranty they said it would not cover a cracked screen I do not have a cracked screen all the damage is internal and done by them I've been waiting over a month for them to resolve this issue and fix my TV in the meantime they expect me to pay for it not Going to happen Here is a picture of the TV doesn't look crack to me read more

We were helped immediately but not hassled like the other furniture stores we'd visited that day. The employee helping us was new but very knowledgeable about all the warranties and fine print. Our furniture arrived on the estimated day and the movers assembled everything for us. They were also doing a sake, free HDTV when you spend $3,000 or more, which worked out because that's how much our bedroom set was with add-ons. The construction is very good and the wood is solid and beautifully stained. The only negative thing is the tv was advertised as being a 4k. It was being sold for $900. We added on a $800 5 drawer dresser to reach the sale amount of 3k and figured we were getting a good deal, but when the tv came it was NOT a 4k and instead 1080p. It was listed everywhere else for $350. I'd verified multiple times with the employee that it would in fact be 4k and she said yes, she even pointed to the 4k on the sales floor listed for $900 and the 1080p next to it listed for $400 (plus our paperwork showed the $900 tv for free, not the $400) but when we called to inquire after receiving a 1080p, the manager was unhelpful and claimed that none of the ads specified 4k. We felt like that was a shady sales tactic and we would not have spent the extra 800 to get a tv worth less than 400. We ended up selling it instead of keeping it to try to make up the difference. read more

I was really hopeful for my experience with the Yuma store. After looking around at some other options and talking with sales reps at other stores I really liked the Yuma Conn's staff and selections. I bought a washing machine, dryer, and a new T.V.. I did not however buy the protection plan, the way I look at it if something breaks in a year or so it would have almost paid for itself by then and the manufacturer already has a 1 year warranty on it. We'll it turns out that after TWO washes within my first week of owning the machine the machine broke, called conns, they worked out the manufacturer warranty, called me and said they found someone to fix it and gave me their number saying they would be in contact with me. A couple days go by with no word, I contact the company and they told me it would be over a month till they could come out to fix it and that they told the store that. I couldn't believe the service department didn't tell me this originally, I called then and they said they were trying to work something out. Another few days goes by, I call again, upset, and this time someone hands off thr phone to the rep that helped me. He told me that because I didn't buy the protection plan there wasn't much they could do. CRAZY. I grt that I didn't buy your plan that's literally sold on everything down to the smallest thing you can think of but you CANT help a customer out at all with something so uncommon? Anyways while also on the call I brought up that when I bought the items I didn't know that I was signing up for a credit card, I thought it was a financing plan with synchrony. The rep then proceeds to tell me a made up story of how I called him wondering where my card was and that I was worried that someone stole it. But leather furniture here and days later realize that what I actually bought was grind it up leather that had been glued back together and put on a sheet destined to peel off within two years. Customer service was great but lack of caring by the company concerning issues of delivery equal frustration on the customers behalf. I was given a delivery date and wasnt informed by the salesman or management of a delay in delivering what I purchased. Now the delay in delivery wasnt in days but in weeks. This is my first and last purchase at this establishment. If you have other options use them. Now I did wait for 2 weeks for a tv that I ordered but it never arrived. This place is a total rip off. They are selling Chinese made furniture and claiming it is Italian leather. If you have a problem with your purchase it is virtually impossible to contact anyone who will help rectify your issue. They will transfer you from one person to the next and you will never be able to accomplish anything with them. They signed an agreement with their furniture supplier, Corinthian that they would provide their customers with a viable warranty on their furniture before the supplier will sell them Chinese furniture at a major wholesale discount. So conn's owns the warranty company and that's how they are able to sell junk furniture and then give the consumer the runaround when their cheap ass furniture disintegrates. They will lie to your face about how great their warranty is and about the quality of their furniture. God forbid that you need to contact them about any issues as their call center customer service agents have been well trained to not do anything for the customer other than pass you around via phone transfers and then eventually hang up. This is the most underhanded business I have ever been involved with in yuma. I would highly recommend that no one ever buy anything from them. read more
