Absolute worst customer service I've ever seen. Ordered a tv online, came to pick it up and it took over an hour to bring it from the back. Trying to return it now and nobody in store can even help. On the phone with customer service for over 30 minutes now and nobody cares to try to help at all. Website chat doesn't even work, connects to an agent that gives an automated response saying no agent is available. Go literally ANYWHERE else and save your time. Update: customer service finally answered and will now be sending me an invoice for a 15% re-stocking fee, which is bullshit and nobody does anymore. But...going to take another 10-15 minutes to send that invoice to pay before my refund can be initiated. Stay away!! I purchased multiple items and was assured I would be covered the whole time I was making payments. (This is a lie!) You have a 1 year warranty unless you purchase a longer warranty. My fridge went out, service shows I have warranty but the item is an exchange only item. Store says I don't have warranty and they cannot help me. the Good and the BAD My wife and i went in to look for a dishwasher today. We liked the store a lot and our salesperson was great. we were even eyeing a couch that we might go back for. We ended up purchasing a Samsung. The dishwasher was $899 and after taxes and fees we walked out having paid $1080.75. Conns is charging me $99.99 for delivery. They are not installing it just bringing it to my house. As soon as I got home i got a pop up that said delivery should be free. I called the store and told them the issue and was put on hold for 22 minutes. I called back and was put back on hold and routed to the call center. The call center said it sounds like a mistake and that they believed the store would wave the fee but it had to come from the store. I called again and was told that the free delivery was only online. I told them that I was annoyed and considering coming in and cancelling my order and then ordering online. I spent $1000 i don't think im out of line for not wanting to spend $100 that I shouldn't have too. I spoke to the store manager and she said the store charges $100 for delivery but that it includes "white glove service". I asked what that was and she said they wear gloves and shoe covers and open the box for me and take the trash out so my house isn't messed up. the online "free" delivery doesn't charge for the delivery but DOES charge a fee for the "white glove". i told her i don't give a crap about the white glove. they can leave the dishwasher in the garage. they aren't installing it. Their finance company illegally tried to kick me out of my interest free 12 months before it was over and I spent so much time in the span of 2 months on the phone to try to rectify it, they would not help me because it's a third party but still charged me for feb which caused $150 in non sufficient funds fees and late fees to my apartment. That was all after a manager at the location on expressway said he couldn't help me but removed my "payment information so another payment to them would not be processed" Seriously, they wanted me to send in a months statement without being able to block out any transactions from my bank to prove they caused undue late fees. This was supposed to be conns finance but if you need help YOU are sol. I have gone through conns for a few years now with my husband and we usually use the store off of I240 but this time we used the one off of the expressway.. And to be honest it has been a nightmare! I spent $5000 on 2 new desktops and was told they only had one new one in stock but that they also had the floor model that I could have if I wanted it immediately and I agreed and said yes! When I showed up to sign paperwork I was super excited to be taking home 2 new computers well come to find out they couldn't give the floor model after they had already told me they could but they said rest assured we will have you a brand new one delivered to your door tomorrow and I had to pay a $100 delivery fee. Well tomorrow came around and I had to work but my husband works close to home so I called the delivery number to get an estimated time of delivery and they said my order would not be getting delivered until 2 days later, so now I have been lied to a 2nd time. Well I called the store again at this point because I was upset and I had asked if I could get at least half of my delivery fee back and Eddy who was my sales guy said let me talk to my manager and i'll let you know well now I have been ghosted by said Eddy.. Eddy also told me if I sent in my proof of insurance that I wouldn't be charged for it so I sent it in and asked him if I would receive new paperwork stating my new price without their insurance and he said yes... Well guess what I still haven't got that paperwork.. I asked the manager named Russ about it on Saturday and he said that he wasn't sure if I would get more paperwork stating I provided it or with my price change... So basically this place only cares about you when you are approved for credit but doesn't give a crap after you leave the store even after you spent $5000.. Oh also to top it all off my order was suppose to be delivered between 11:30am to 2:30 pm but it didn't end up making it to my house until 6:45pm, when the drivers showed up my computer was put under furniture and the box was damaged, luckily we opened it and the screen and tower were both fine.. My husband then asked the delivery drivers why they were so late and these 2 geniuses said they had to deliver 2 fridges before us and they forgot to bring tools with them today... The service was very all over the place. Two employees were arguing about whether to sell me the TV at this location or if I should go to the other location, one of the employees stated that the manager only wanted to make the sale so she could have the sale for her store and it was just a mess. (Keep in mind tv was bought same day no loan!) After sitting there through all of that they then forgot to put my pick up paper with the papers, so I had to return back to that location and get the paper on my time 1 day later. When I returned none of the employees knew what I was talking about thankfully the guy that did the paperwork was there and the paper that I needed was not there! So I had to sit there for about 20 minutes and have him redo everything just so I can get my pick up slip. In the midst of all of that I ran into " The " manger ( Jordan) as he called himself. To be the head manager or general manager he didn't seem like it at all he didn't stay and make sure that the issue was resolved then screamed bye to all of his employees and left the building. Me and my wife purchased a home entertainment center from the location on NW Expressway in Oklahoma City. We had to rent a U-haul which costs us another $100 on top of the $650 it costs for the entertainment center. Once we got the entertainment center back to our apartment and unboxed it we found a crack on the top. We called Conn's and was told we had to bring the entertainment center back up to the store. My wife told the associate we already returned the U-haul truck at which we were told basically we were shit out of luck. Either bring it back up there or nothing. They didn't offer for their delivery service to pick it up or offer any kind of refund. We will never do business with Conn's EVER AGAIN! Or recommend them to anybody. read more

Conns is exactly what their name says! Conn artists! We purchased back in 2019! I called them on my husbands account in march 2020 and made a payment for 3 months in advance because I was having a baby later that month and would not have any income coming in the person who took the payment said that was fine and would put in in the account notes. Starting in April they starting harassing us by calling both my husband and myself multiple times per day saying that we were behind and if we didn't pay our accounts would be delinquent. We finally got tired of it told them we were done attempted to take the products back to the store where we bought it from and they refused to take it back. Fast forward to present day I just found out that they are trying to take my husband to court over this!!!! Keep in mind Oklahoma statute of limitations is 3 years from last payment which was march of 2020 they filed in June of 2020 (over 3 years) but not the 3 month advance payment is accurate for them so they could file a law suit but it wasn't a 3 month advance payment when they called multiple times per day harassing us! Now I can't get anyone to call us back from conns or "TSI" who conns says the debt is not with. So here I am leaving this review everywhere until I get a call back. (I need no appliances, and find the furniture and accessories at Conn's to be unbelievably ugly -- what I call "straight people in Del City furniture.") Namely, negative reviews from people who buy stuff on credit and then kvetch because they (GOD FORBID!) have to make timely payments, pay interest, and get reasonable phone calls from the company who let them pay their purchases out on time in the first place. I have to seriously wonder about the fiscal acumen of ostensibly grown adults who have to buy durable appliances on credit in the first place; it's true. But those who bitch about reasonable expectations on the part of the creditor? Those folks who, wallowing in their bitterness over their own incompetence, try to malign a business' reputation because the business had the (GASP!) unmitigated gall to try to collect the funds it is rightfully owed? We needed a new washer and dryer for our house and we went here around Memorial Day weekend. They were super helpful in helping us find what we wanted. We didn't want front loading washer, I think they were surprised by that. We did research and wanted a Samsung. We love our washer it's very very big and haven't had any issues. We did get the extended warranty with it and the delivery was easy and they were so nice. They had it hooked up and everything. Great experience all in all read more

ZERO STARS! THEY LOST MY LUMP SUM PAYMENT - NEVER SENT MY SETTLEMENT PAPERWORK THAT I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED IN FEB 2020. HORRIBLE. WORSE THAN HORRIBLE. paid my balance off in full on February 27, 2020. This balance is moderately large, in the lump sum payment of $927.00- Since this, they have never sent me settlement papers, however they have sent me papers in april requesting me pay the balance that was already paid in feb- those papers also threatened sending my account to a collection agency. I called conns, spoke with the representative and they assured me that there was no reason for concern, they had flagged my account (that was closed in their office) for underwriters to send me my paperwork stating my balance in full had been paid. Flash forward to today, May 7 2020 - my account that is paid off is with a collection agency (Sequium) and is being reported to my credit as unpaid. I have been on the phone with Conns, and Sequium all morning, Conn's can see my notes from all the calls i have made, and can see my account is closed - however they cant find my payment that was made in Feburary anywhere in their systems and i have had to now track down my bank statements to send in to prove their mistakes. I assume i will never be compensated for all of this, as Conns referred to this as a minor inconvenience, that same representative for Conns (Gloria) refused to put me on the line with a manager or supervisor, and kept promising me she was sending me an email with details of my payments made on this account- however i still have not received this email, she then put me on hold - and transferred me to the collection agency they had sent my closed account too. So after speaking with their (Sequium's) Manager Trent he agreed to allow me to send in my paper work proving this has been paid, once Conn's complies and sends me the paper work. This clearly is not a minor inconvenience. A minor inconvenience is my pizza not being made on time for a pick up order. Never in my life would i ever recommend Conns to anyone. They have "lost" my payment, however luckily I have the bank statements and will stay on top of this until it is corrected. I hope other people can see this and really take into consideration how big of a company this is and how this should not be a problem 3 months on down the road from paying off your appliance. MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR PAPERWORK FROM CONNS. THEY HAVE BEEN VERY SHADY THROUGHOUT THIS WHOLE PROCESS ABOUT MY SETTLEMENT PAPER WORK. The hydraulics in my office chair failed while it was under their extended warranty and THEY failed to show up on two occasions to evaluate my chair. On 01/2020, my brother bought a rather large television and stand from this company. He received a payment book w/coupons inside. My brother stapled each receipt to the book for his records. He had 3 payments left in the book and he made the last 3 payments 08/10/2022. When you make a monthly payments, included is warranty and insurance. Usually when there are no more coupons in the book to pay on, that's it. The item(s) are paid for. Not in this case. The company is saying he owes over $200 more dollars for warranty and insurance on the item(s). This is ridiculous and fraud. This information was not included in the booklet nor was my brother informed of an additional fee at the end of the payment book. Do NOT purchase anything from them before getting ALL REQUIRED information about their warranty and insurance information. This is stealing and BAD business. read more

I couldn't rate you zero stars but I would if I could. They promised delivery, but after confirming several times, on the day of delivery: no show. They told me it was my fault because I missed the first call. I called them back, replied to the email, and called the salesman. All was assured, and confirmed minus delivery. On the phone, I was told it would not be delivered for two more days, and there was nothing to be done. So I cancelled. The refrigerator was higher than advertised price and they were hesitant to give it to us at the price but their ad showed it so they did. The recliner was marked a certain price but when she was marking it in the computer, she said the price was higher. We pointed to the tag on the chair which was $150. less. She got her manager who crumbled up the paper in front of us and threw it away. They wouldn't honor what they had it marked. Conn's home Plus has a shady way of doing business. I made a payment on time through my bank but it took nearly a month for the payment to get to them. I had proof I made the payment. So they said they would waive the late fee of $25. They waived it for the month but tacked on the $25 to the balance of my account making my credit score drop. I do not recommend financing through this company. The furniture is great and I love it but I don't like shady business practices and will never step foot to make a purchase from this company ever again! i have purchased several items from conns . i bought a living room sofa. before i had paid it off. the arm on the love seat was crushed in,i purchased a fridgedare refrigerator. it quit a year later. i purchased alexanderia bedroom set. when moved it was broken on the end. of dresser and guess what it is not wood it is cork. i paid several thousands of dollar for the set. my total after all these items were purchased. were of poor quality even the curve 55 inch it went out in 2021. had to replace it. poor quality. so glad to get them paid off. no more purchase's from them. period read more

I used the convenience of on line shopping and everything was easy no problem. Two days later my washer is delivered and come to find out if you don't replace and buy new hoses for your machine, they won't install your merchandise. So instead of calling me the day before delivery or even the day of, and telling me that the white glove treatment I paid for wasn't unavailable unless I got the hoses to go with it, they kept my money and I had to do all this myself and I'm 59 yrs of age with disabilities. We bought a tv, stove and refrigerator from them in April 2020. The oven on the stove went out December 18th. They still haven't replaced it. Almost 2 months later still waiting but still getting excuses after excuses. We've been lied to repeatedly. I was told all their trucks were frozen at the docks in Dallas!! Stay away, as others have noted "Con" is in the name. I applied for credit online and was approved. I ordered a new refrigerator, got a conformation email, and paid $54.31 down payment. The conformation email said i would receive a phone call to schedule a delivery time. Waited a week and a half, and no call. I called them (spent 30+ mins on hold) and the woman said they had canceled my order with no explanation. She also said that i would get my down payment back. It has been 3 weeks now and nothing.
