Added plus, he drives around in an awesome puppy mobile, making the experience for the pups fun and iconic. His prices are also market / fair. We love being able to board her with Laze and Adliana too, as we know she'll get the right mix of outside play, walks, attention, and rest in a safe and structured environment. We used to take her to an area doggie daycare, thinking she needed the daylong stimulation in order for us to be able to work from home, but since finding Bark Support we've never really gone back. The Bark Support team seems to care so much more for her and the walks are exciting enough for her that she's relaxed for the rest of the day. He accused me of working for Yelp and moving up his negative reviews...... I moved to Brooklyn in the beginning of October and brought my dog with me. I had a dog walker for the first few weeks but unfortunately she was getting booked up with other dogs in her neighborhood (I was a bit out of the way for her), so I had to search for another on short notice. I messaged a bunch of businesses in our area to compare prices and see if they service my area in general, QC was one of them. The first message was on 11/16 to inquire about pricing. I was already a bit skeptical after seeing some of the 1 star reviews (specifically the one where someone's dog was hit by a car and the owner responded really negatively), but I thought I'd reach out anyway because maybe this was just a one time occurrence. Boy was I wrong. Although this place was the cheapest, the response from the owner when I originally inquired about pricing completely threw me off and gave me a bad vibe. Along with the other 1 star reviews, I just didn't feel comfortable with the owner and how he would potentially deal with situations when they arise, so I went with another business. I'd rather have some peace of mind when someone is handling my dog rather than saving a mere $10 a week. Today is 11/20, and out of nowhere, I receive these messages from the business owner. I couldn't believe this was something he'd actually send to me.... I was accused of working with Yelp because some of his reviews were moved down???? Completely unprofessional, rude, and I'm so glad I trusted my gut to not move forward with QC.

From the moment I adopted my dog Blue and I was paired with Andrew as my trainer, it was clear that he has a natural gift for understanding and connecting with dogs and addressing any issue with ease. Blue is quirky and has some negative habits, including some aggressive tendencies, but Andrew has a unique ability to make every training session both effective and enjoyable. His calm, confident, and fun energy instantly put me and my dog at ease, and I experienced huge differences in Blue's behavior after just a couple sessions thanks to his incredible expertise, professionalism, and patience. Three years later, Blue and I still practice Andrew's drills and advice almost every day. They have helped Blue become a calm and confident dog. In addition to training, Blue has stayed with Andrew over a dozen times while I'm traveling. I can always rest easy knowing that Blue is in safe hands. He is the person I trust most with my dog, and seeing how much my dog loves and adores him is a testament to his incredible approach and genuine care. He is also the first person I'd call if there was ever an emergency with Blue. I couldn't ask for a better trainer/pet sitter, and Blue and I consider him to be family. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone who truly understands and loves dogs.

He was very, very ill. I rushed him straight to the emergency vet where they immediately diagnosed him with sepsis, and he died soon after. It is clear that he'd been sick for a while: Ed and Dawn told me afterwards that he'd stopped eating, drinking, and taking his arthritis meds the day before, and he hadn't even been able to STAND UP all day. Yet for some reason they chose to not reach out and let me know any of this, so he just lay helpless on the floor all day, unable to eat, drink, or stand, slipping into sepsis, and I only discovered anything was wrong when I walked in the door at 5pm to pick him up. By that time it was too late. If I'd known that Ed and and Dawn would ignore such obvious signs of distress from an animal in their care, I never would have brought my dog to them. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I had an item stolen from my home after someone sent by this business was given access to my house to walk my dog. When I confronted the owner, she immediately insisted there was no possible way anyone associated with her business could have taken it. The police investigated. I later learned that the person the business had sent into my home that day had previously worked for another dog-walking business and was connected to a case involving more than $20,000 worth of stolen jewelry and watches. What made an already upsetting situation so much worse was how the owner handled it. She was incredibly difficult to deal with, unapologetic, and refused to refund even the dog walks I had already paid for, let alone reimburse me for what was stolen. When you hire a dog walker, you aren't just trusting someone with your pet - you're trusting the business with access to your home and belongings. Based on what happened to me, I have serious concerns about how this business screens the people it sends into clients' homes. I would never use this company again, and I cannot recommend it to anyone else. If you're considering hiring them, I strongly suggest you think twice before giving them access to your home.
