I first found out about Priceless images from the Seattle wedding show 2012. Originally I thought it's on the expensive side comparing with some others from the show. But after I went home, sat down and started looking at all the portfolios, I realized how much difference it makes to have a good photographer. After that I started to only look at photographers whose pictures I really like, regardless of price. What I found is I still love Victor's pictures the BEST!! His pictures are original and capture the emotions of the moment (you can check it out on his website/blog). Nevertheless, his packages are priced very reasonable comparing to others, and cover the longest period of time on your wedding day. Overall, he's very flexible and we enjoy working with him. I'm very very happy that I found him and looking forward to my engagement session / wedding this year! I'll update this when I have more information. :)

We ended up in a pricing dispute and he was completely unreasonable. During the final print ordering session there was no price list, no bill of sale, no computer that adds up the order. Instead he used a pocket calculator. As he added the numbers, I remember thinking, "Gee I hope I can afford this. But if it's too much, I'll just choose fewer prints." He said, verbally, "After your $300 credit from the charity auction, the total is Twenty Three Seventeen." I thought, "Great, That's affordable!". I was offered no receipt, no bill of sale, no invoice, and I never ever saw a price list. He said delivery would be in about 3 WEEKS. 3 HOURS later I noticed the $2317.00 charge on my credit card bill (not $23.17) and called him to say that there was a misunderstanding and we needed to redo the print order. At that moment we saw a different side of Rosenberg. He acknowledged that I was never offered a receipt/invoice, but he refused to make any changes. He claimed that we talked about price on the phone seven months earlier (we hadn't), there was a price list in the letter he mailed me six months earlier (there wasn't) and that I should have known what his work was worth (I didn't). The usual offer / counter-offer occured to attempt to resolve the dispute, but he was never much interested in negotiation. Fast forward to when I went to pick up my prints and receive my refund, they were unable to give me a receipt for the credit card refund. I was just supposed to trust that the refund was processed correctly. I've accepted that I've been had, and I've moved on. I'm not the first one to report something like this. If you work with him, always ask for a price list and demand a receipt, even if it is handwritten.

The product was OK, but nothing distinguishing from other studios (i.e. no unique poses,…read moreconfigurations, props, approach or format). Most frustrating was that Michael mislead us. We spent well over $6k in photographs, it took him 6 weeks to produce the product and then he tried to charge us for shipping (we live overseas). This is something we had discussed and he conveniently forgot. The money was trivial ($20)0 given what we had already spent, but his follow-up and approach to resolution was clearly that of someone that felt they already had our money and the product. Very disappointing, there are equivalent studios with much better business sense and customer acumen. I would avoid Michael and the studio.

Interaction with Daniel was always excellent. From the initial conversation I had with him booking his service to the day of the event. Daniel was professional, timely, accurate, understanding, and passionate about his work. Out of all the vendors and photographers available in Washington, this was by far the best choice our family made. While the venue was large and our event smaller, he did wonderfully to maintained the focus on the important details and also captured parts that will slowly fade away in memory, but live on in these photos. We had three other photographers we were looking into, but Kerry stood out to us by far, with her unique style and brightened pictures. Not to mention the price for her beautiful photography was far under that of the other wedding photographers. We started planning our photos with her early on, because my husband and I were studying abroad for the year in England, but she was so flexible with us! We chatted with her on the phone multiple times, she was timely in replying to emails, and she was so enthusiastic! You can really see she loves doing her job, which shows in the pictures. During the actual wedding, we couldn't even tell she was there most of the time (which I think is a good thing). Besides the standard couple, wedding party and family pictures, she was invisible to the crowd and wasn't making her presence overly known. When we got our wedding photos back, I was so amazed she got us dancing because I never even noticed her. What I think was amazing was that she captured all of the moments shared that day, between the goofy faces my husband and I made, to a moment of silence for my mother, to us hugging guests after the family photos were done. It was so amazing. She also did something that I have never heard of, which I LOVED. She took us away at sunset to do sunset pictures. These were by far our best pictures of the night and I am so glad we got to do this! These will be the pictures that we hang up in our house. After the wedding was over, the next day she started posting sneak peeks on facebook and instagram, which got me so excited! They were amazing! And within two weeks, we had all 600 pictures! She printed off 50 pictures for us, gave us this beautiful flash drive and a very heart felt card! When we got a look at all of the pictures, we were not disappointing. We were instantly in love with all of them. The brightness of the pictures really brought out the colorfulness of our wedding (coral, yellow and orange colors) and made them look amazing. Kerry, as a person to work with, was so nice and very professional. She was really fun to talk to, and also made us feel comfortable when posing (because we have never posed in front of a camera like that). Overall, we could not have wished for a better person to take our pictures. She was truly unique and a very professional photographer.
