We could not have selected a better photographer than Carol, period…read more At our initial meeting with her after our engagement, there was an instant connection and mutual respect. She is very warm and an excellent listener. She truly understood our style and instantly figured out our "likes and dislikes" without us saying much. As the months of planning went on, Carol worked closely with our wedding planner and scouted our venue with her as well, which was extremely helpful and gave us even more confidence that she was not only going to do a fantastic job, but she was *interested* in doing the work! She's a true pleasure and has a very talented eye, to say the least. We give her our highest recommendation without any reservations whatsoever.

We…read morewere really nervous about finding someone last-minute after an issue with our original photographer and at the recommendation of the catering director at our venue we contacted Carol. I think it was just meant to be. She had a rare opening on our wedding date and jumped right in helping us and made us feel so at ease. She had fun ideas, but also aimed to take classic, beautiful photos that will never look dated. Even with limited time for photos on our wedding day, she managed to get everything we wanted. She gave great direction for portraits (since we certainly aren't models), captured all the details we took so long to plan, and got great candid shots of us and our guests. We jokingly call her the photo ninja because she's so quick and so good at catching everything without ever being invasive. Plus, she's one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. I don't know if ninjas are generally nice, but apparently photo ninjas are!

I have worked with several photographers and hiring one for my own real maternity boudoir session was a very challenging process. I found that most photographers have beautiful images in their portfolio because they hire models who are perfect and are staged very well from event coordinators. However, when you're just an average person looking to capture a certain treasured moment, sometimes the results do not end the same. Not with Kerry! She has the most keen eye and captures a real persons beauty with elegance and grace. Because she shoots with film everything slows down and there is meaning and purpose with each click and therefore each image. It's like fine art! In addition, she even styled our shoot, arranging the flowers and props to pure perfection! She is a true artist. I fell so deeply in love with all my images that I quickly had to hire her again for another session! Search no more, contact Kerry now!

We found Kerry early on in our wedding planning, but we fell in love with her photography…read moreinstantly. We had three other photographers we were looking into, but Kerry stood out to us by far, with her unique style and brightened pictures. Not to mention the price for her beautiful photography was far under that of the other wedding photographers. We started planning our photos with her early on, because my husband and I were studying abroad for the year in England, but she was so flexible with us! We chatted with her on the phone multiple times, she was timely in replying to emails, and she was so enthusiastic! You can really see she loves doing her job, which shows in the pictures. During the actual wedding, we couldn't even tell she was there most of the time (which I think is a good thing). Besides the standard couple, wedding party and family pictures, she was invisible to the crowd and wasn't making her presence overly known. When we got our wedding photos back, I was so amazed she got us dancing because I never even noticed her. What I think was amazing was that she captured all of the moments shared that day, between the goofy faces my husband and I made, to a moment of silence for my mother, to us hugging guests after the family photos were done. It was so amazing. She also did something that I have never heard of, which I LOVED. She took us away at sunset to do sunset pictures. These were by far our best pictures of the night and I am so glad we got to do this! These will be the pictures that we hang up in our house. After the wedding was over, the next day she started posting sneak peeks on facebook and instagram, which got me so excited! They were amazing! And within two weeks, we had all 600 pictures! She printed off 50 pictures for us, gave us this beautiful flash drive and a very heart felt card! When we got a look at all of the pictures, we were not disappointing. We were instantly in love with all of them. The brightness of the pictures really brought out the colorfulness of our wedding (coral, yellow and orange colors) and made them look amazing. Kerry, as a person to work with, was so nice and very professional. She was really fun to talk to, and also made us feel comfortable when posing (because we have never posed in front of a camera like that). Overall, we could not have wished for a better person to take our pictures. She was truly unique and a very professional photographer. We will look back on our wedding pictures forever and always be happy with the way they turned out.

He responded promptly to my calls, texts and emails, met with us the evening prior to the wedding to tour the venue and discuss where we would like to do our outside shoots, and asked us to put together a shot list for the wedding party afterwards, as parties can waste a lot of time trying to decide who is in shots. We shot at Anchor Park, Hamilton Viewpoint and the West Seattle Library before heading downtown to shoot at the Pike Place Market and Starbucks. We were going to shoot at the Market after the wedding, but things went so smoothly we had time in the morning. Jeremy was unobtrusive yet got us to feel very comfortable in front of his camera. He had helpful suggestions and his timing was great. He didn't have to use a flash for our wedding, which was in a well-lit living room. It helped that it was a cloudy day to diffuse the sunlight and there are lots of windows in the house. Jeremy got us our edited digital files quickly, and they were astounding. We ended up in a pricing dispute and he was completely unreasonable. During the final print ordering session there was no price list, no bill of sale, no computer that adds up the order. Instead he used a pocket calculator. As he added the numbers, I remember thinking, "Gee I hope I can afford this. But if it's too much, I'll just choose fewer prints." He said, verbally, "After your $300 credit from the charity auction, the total is Twenty Three Seventeen." I thought, "Great, That's affordable!". I was offered no receipt, no bill of sale, no invoice, and I never ever saw a price list. He said delivery would be in about 3 WEEKS. 3 HOURS later I noticed the $2317.00 charge on my credit card bill (not $23.17) and called him to say that there was a misunderstanding and we needed to redo the print order. At that moment we saw a different side of Rosenberg. He acknowledged that I was never offered a receipt/invoice, but he refused to make any changes. He claimed that we talked about price on the phone seven months earlier (we hadn't), there was a price list in the letter he mailed me six months earlier (there wasn't) and that I should have known what his work was worth (I didn't). The usual offer / counter-offer occured to attempt to resolve the dispute, but he was never much interested in negotiation. Fast forward to when I went to pick up my prints and receive my refund, they were unable to give me a receipt for the credit card refund. I was just supposed to trust that the refund was processed correctly. I've accepted that I've been had, and I've moved on. I'm not the first one to report something like this. If you work with him, always ask for a price list and demand a receipt, even if it is handwritten.

We spent well over $6k in photographs, it took him 6 weeks to produce the product and then he tried to charge us for shipping (we live overseas). The money was trivial ($20)0 given what we had already spent, but his follow-up and approach to resolution was clearly that of someone that felt they already had our money and the product. Very disappointing, there are equivalent studios with much better business sense and customer acumen. I would avoid Michael and the studio.
