I went to family medicine and got a urine and swap test on the 10th of October, I called on the…read more17th to see what my results was and they said they still haven't got the results back even though it's been a week so I called the next Friday, which is the 21st because they still haven't got back to me which is very unprofessional. Plus the day that I went there they had me take a urine and swab test in the public restroom where everyone in the lobby was which is very unprofessional as well, normally you're supposed to take that when they call you to the back. I do not recommend this doctors office at all if I can give them zero stars I would.

My situation is this; I had a standing six month long appointment to see my primary care physician, I received a call from his office, spoke to his nurse or a scheduler stating my appointment would be cancelled for the next day due to bad weather. She gave me a new date 3 weeks from my original date. I immediately began receiving text and emails saying that I needed to schedule an appointment with my PCP. Since I had been given a new date I called to see why I was receiving rescheduling text and emails. My PCP's nurse returned my call she was very rude and condescending and spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner. I will pursue this issue further.

The office staff sent me to the wrong waiting room and I truly believe that I was overcharged for my visit. The office staff thought that I was a new patient and I have been going there to the office on Holmes Road for years and have seen the same doctor for years. I left there feeling not good about my visit. Really the only reason that I went to my appointment was so my current medications for urinary issues could continue to be refilled automatically at my pharmacy. The doctor agreed that it should be coded as wellness visit, but never changed the coding. Visited again, and she completed some tests. Never received any response to my numerous calls or message to the doctor on their page. Changed doctor after a year of frustration.
