They are all very professional, yet very down to earth. You ALWAYS get treated nicely, with respect, and they listen to you becuse they are there to help you. They are not a small office with a few people, this place has grown and the doctors, like Dr. Curry, are great. That's why if anyone asks me if I know of some physician who really knows their stuff. I tried knocking and no one came to the door. Not too long after I went back to my car, the entire staff came out the door. It was still not 8:00 PM. When I confronted them, they argued with me about whether the door had been locked or not. Then they asked if I could come back at 9:00 AM the next day. I needed URGENT Care, not NEXT DAY Care! Very poor service experience. I will drive out of my way to NOT use this facility even tho it is very convenient to where I live.

I returned from overseas and just wanted to update the family doctor on what I've been doing medically since then. I thought the new doctor Katzfy was approachable and nice to talk to, and I am new to the healthcare system in the United States. Imagine my surprise when I get a 671.00 bill. The reception, billing staff, and even the nursing seemed completely nonchalant about the exorbitant fees. I gained sympathy only from my insurance when they acknowledged that the fees they charged were completely abnormal for a first time patient visit. I cannot recommend this place, nor the doctor I visited anymore because I cannot trust them.
