Despite these efforts, there was no response or assistance from the office. After multiple unanswered attempts to obtain my dental records from Dr. Heidari, it took my mother threatening to involve the dental board for them to respond, and even then, they only sent an invoice for TMJ treatment. My dental notes from Dr. Heidari are critical to moving forward on finding a new Dr. to help me, yet they were never provided. This lack of response makes me feel that I was abandoned as a patient. Dr. Heidari's failure to release my dental records has directly impacted my ability to demonstrate the importance of wearing my TMJ splint to dentists who have dismissed me. the dental records should include Dr. Heidari's notes and 3D imaging of my jaw. Its that simple. It seems as though dr. h just wants patients to spend more money here.

Got my wisdom teeth removed here 3 weeks ago and it was a very positive experience. I had never…read morebeen put under before, so I was extremely nervous, but the women who were there while I was being set up were so compassionate and kind to me. I was shaking and crying on the day of, but they did an amazing job helping me calm down, and one of them in particular talked me through all the way until I was out. I have other health issues, and the surgeon was receptive and thorough in acknowledging them and made me feel comfortable and confident that there would be no complications. I was put under with no issues, and I only had swelling and bruising on one side from one of the teeth, the rest healed well with hardly any swelling and no further bruising at all. When the numbing first wore off, I started feeling a lot of pain and they filled pain meds for me with no question, but the pain died down shortly after and I didn't end up needing more than tylenol and advil. I was able to follow the instructions they gave and had zero complications. My top sockets have already filled in and the bottom ones are on their way as well. I was able to keep my wisdom teeth through adulthood because I didn't have any complications until I started having health issues, and even then, I still kept them in 1 or 2 years longer than I probably should have. I was completely avoiding it due to the nerves so I really appreciate this team for taking such good care of me! Thank you!
