The front desk staff, sorry I didn't get the lady's name, was super friendly and professional. I meet with Laurie R. and she was super. So don't lose this touch as people do like to feel as if their medical professional cares. Thanks!

Seven months later, I called for a refill for Solontra rosacea cream and told they won't refill unless I came in for another office visit. In my experience, you only need to be seen once a year for rosacea. There is no reason to pay for another office visit. I was going to refer my daughter to Dr. Derrick for her rosacea, but now she is staying with her dermatologist and a once a year visit. Paragon derm lost 2 patients due to a money grab.

Dr. Robert Rosen and his staff are the best doctors I've ever needed…read more A few years ago, I had an unlucky streak with my skin--a skin tag on my neck kept breaking, I developed "hot tub folicilitis" after visiting my now late-grandparent's timeshare, and I needed someone to lance what the GP thought was an abscess, but Rosen's staff immediately recognized as a tumor. (Benign, thankfully!) At the time, I didn't have insurance--I was working 4 jobs to pay for my student loans and little else. Dr. Rosen and his team were very accommodating, waving a fee or two, and offering treatment options that were sensitive to risk vs cost. The rest of his staff was very caring, and quite good at what they do. I also appreciated that they all took the time to explain what they were doing and why, very clearly. I'm very thankful that I had access to treatment when I needed it, because of Dr. Rosen and his staff. If I still lived in the area, he would be my only choice of dermatologist.

Words can't not express how grateful I am of Dr. Davina. She has changed my life…read more Six years ago, I began rapidly losing the hearing in my left ear. After seeing numerous specialists, under going countless tests and various treatments. I was told my hearing loss was permanent and due to an autoimmune disorder causing inflammation on my trigeminal nerve. I resorted to wearing a hearing aid in attempt to balance out my senses and drown out the debilitating tinnitus. At 47 years old, I was at a low point. I felt like my body was failing me. I thought I was eating healthy and lived an active lifestyle yet I would consistently wake in a fog, my joints ached and I felt exhausted all the time. I struggled to get a good night's sleep. I was depressed with the thought this is the way the rest of my life would be. In came Davina to the rescue. She suspected my ailments stemmed from a leaky gut and an imbalance in my microbiome which ultimately was affecting my entire body. To confirm, she suggested testing of the bacteria levels in my gut. I was skeptical but willing to give it a try. The tests indicated my gut indeed had an overgrowth of "unhealthy" bacteria and deficient levels of healthy bacteria. With these results, Dr Davina was able to prescribe me a 10 day regimen which targeted eliminating the unhealthy bacteria and fungi from my body. This was followed up by a more flexible yet structured diet which focused on repairing my leaky gut and boosting my microbiome. Fast forward 4 months. I feel amazing! I sleep great now. I wake energized and the aches and pains are gone. My brain fog is gone and I feel alert. I feel strong and motivated to tackle each day. Most surprisingly, I just had my annual hearing test and have regained almost 60% of the hearing I had lost in my left ear!!!! My audiologist was amazed and said they don't normally see recoveries of this level. She wanted to know, what I have been doing. This is only after 4 months! I can't wait to see what the results will show next year! Since starting Davina's treatment tailored towards repairing my gut. I started reading and researching the impact our gut and microbiome has on our overall health, both physically and mentally. It's amazing and makes so much sense. Davina is on top of this breaking medical knowledge. She has been spot on with her diagnosis and treatment. Because of Dr Davina, I have my body and life back!
