I recently moved and my furniture was damaged. I had chips and gouges in some very beautiful book…read moreshelves and my bedroom set. The bedroom set was cherry and quite expensive. The movers not only dented the wood but gouged and chipped it. Cherry is so hard to fix because the color changes as it ages. Tom from 1st Class Restorations came in and did an awesome job. I can't even see where the damage was. He is an artist. There was an eighth inch gouge in the corner of my chest of drawers and he filled it in, sanded it so it was unnoticeable, and matched the color so perfectly that you can not find the chip. The scvrapes along the corners and the scratches are likewise gone! I am so pleased. This was my favorite furniture and I had thought it was damaged beyond repair. It is beautiful again. I will hire Tom and First Class again if I ever need to fix my furniture.
