So we walked over to McD's for a snack. When we returned, it was done! Less than 45 minutes, as it was a simple installation on a 22 year old truck. From the time I made the appointment, I have received 4-5 emails, and 3 phone calls about the job, explaining everything, asking if I had questions, and instructing me on how to file an insurance claim.
