The first incident with the house window was in the dead of winter, and they were kind enough to come out and give an estimate the same day, and had the window replaced within 2 days. This was highly appreciated given that I otherwise would have been stuck with plywood covering for lord knows how long during a cold february! The most recent vandalism incident resulted in the shattered garage window in addition to a shattered car windshield. Thankfully, glass doctors does both automotive and home glass repair, and they were my immediate second call after phoning police. This experience with glass doctors was no less exceptional. Wendy went above and beyond to help, setting up a three way call with my insurance company to make the windshield claim. Phil came to my home the very next day to replace the car windshield as it was not safe to drive. They had the garage window replaced within days as well. The quality of the workmanship is phenomenal. The owner Phil and all of the technicians i have interacted with from this location have been excellent. While the circumstances surrounding my need for this company's services have been less than ideal, I couldn't be happier with them. I highly recommend them to others, and they will continue to be my first call should I need them again in the future!

So we walked over to McD's for a snack. When we returned, it was done! Less than 45 minutes, as it was a simple installation on a 22 year old truck. From the time I made the appointment, I have received 4-5 emails, and 3 phone calls about the job, explaining everything, asking if I had questions, and instructing me on how to file an insurance claim. I am SO impressed.
