She listened to what I had to say about my chronic and hard-to-treat condition without rolling her eyes or that deer-in-the-headlights look I've too often gotten from practitioners when I have attempted to explain my plight to them. My husband had (hopefully they will wait for him to find a doctor) a physical/drug test for his new place of employment. He put down his prescriptions like it asked of him. Everything was great but he needed to have a doctor sign off on his paper work saying what he takes would not affect his work. Simple so you would think .She did not sign off on it, says he needs to find a new doctor to do it. Mind you she just refilled his prescription on 10-1-20. Until we find a doctor, one that accepts a new patient with no insurance , my husband can not go back to work. My poor husband. She was his last doctor and the doctor that prescribed it and just refilled it. Just be careful if you pick her as your doctor. Went from income to having no income again.

The second time, my husband asked for labs because of very specific symptoms. After reluctantly ordering labs, she confirmed his testosterone is low, but she's not going to treat it because she believes in "holistic medicine". We were told to go to a urologist. HOLISTIC MEDICINE? All NPs take an oath to TREAT their patients, not charge for an office visit and turn them away. Truly disgusting ethics from Sylvia Kwon.

I was a patient of Dr. Wool many years ago and when he changed his practice to his new model at the…read moretime in 2010, I was much younger and did not think I'd benefit from a membership based practice. Fast forward 14 years and I am back as a patient with Dr. Wool and I wish I would have done it sooner! Over the years I went through various provider changes and terrible communication at the practice I had moved onto and it was so stressful. Thankfully, Dr. Wool and his team welcomed me back to their already very busy practice. The front office team is super nice and I was so happy to see Leslie continues to be there leading the helm! They have a website and app where you can communicate, manage meds, etc. Dr. Wool gives you his attention and the practice is managed as a team effort with support from nurse practitioners, pharmacists, and three lovely therapy dogs.
