We had to call, he was very nice when we talked with him and he said he would keep us updated. He did not. Finally, over two months after they took our money, we got a call that the stove was in. They have one common sentence "We aren't installing cable services due to Covid 19". The residence did have cable service from Sparklight in the past so the residence is easily serviceable. I told them they could go into the unoccupied residence on own without interacting with anyone or anything but I couldn't get past the Call center people working off script. They refuse to use common sense or let me talk to the local office/manager. They are forcing me to use Dish. Poor customer service and willingness to use common sense.
