I was just online and noticed Johnson's had a terrible review. I would just like to say that in our experience all of the people who have worked with us, have been kind, considerate, happy, timely workers. I had a very messy toilet replaced, and the sweet guys who came to replace it didn't flinch, they cleaned up their mess, and what I considered mine too. We had some plumbing freeze and burst in a rental house, and these guys have made trip after trip out to fix things, without complaint, or over charging for time, materials or charging too much for fuel. They've even called to make sure if we wanted to bring in our own faucets, or purchase theirs. Some companies would automatically just put theirs in. The new toilet we had put in was a raised one for my disabled mother. We purchased it from them, and felt that the quality was far better then what we would have ended up with anywhere else. In our experience this is a very reliable company, and I would remind people that you get what you pay for. We have used other companies in the past and not always been satisfied, we have stuck with Johnson's because in the long run, their work stands up and their employees have great attitudes. read more
