Yes they were busy and maybe could not fit my car in that day. However the condition that I was in I could always leave my car until there was an opening. I had to leave and my car legit stalled on me in the middle of the road THREE times as I reversed before I was able to get it going into drive again. To have a customer leave in a vehicle that is hazardous to the road is ridiculous! My vehicle stalls when I slow down to a certain point, even when a vehicle would be braking in front of me. I got rude service the last time I came from a previous job to be done last year too. I thought I'd try again. NOPE!

There was no sign on the door or at the counter about closing early or stopping inspections. I waited about 15 minutes before being told by the inspector that he wasn't doing any more inspections for the day because he was tired after being there since 8 a.m. He said he told the customer before me that he would be his last inspection -- but another customer wouldn't be responsible for telling me that, and he did not. If there's a cutoff time for inspections, it really needs to be clearly posted so people don't waste their time showing up well before closing and being turned away. Very poor customer service. I do wonder whether the owner or manager is aware of this decision to stop inspections early and the impact it has on customers.

I was scared to drive to work in Farmington, CT (45 mins away). I asked Jay if he could look at the radiator fluid because I had a flush done by JiiffyLube in East Longmeadow. He looked at it and informed me that the fluid had been flushed but not replaced (unbelievable).
