Everything is by appointment and pricing is inflated. You have to *buy* time at the jewelry counter to browse. You can't make an appointment and expect to browse for jewelry, you need to make a browsing appointment. I paid $250 dollars for my 9 year old daughter's ear lobe piercings, and the experience has been beyond subpar. They take zero responsibility for the fact that two days after her post change, her right lobe is showing signs of infection. Instead, they are blaming me repeatedly for my use of bio-active silver hydrosol which cleared up completely the signs of infection it showed a month ago. Her ear was fine when she came in for the post change. After their scolding, I stopped the silver. Now, two days after the post change, with zero silver applied, her ear is showing signs of infection and they are saying, despite their touted combined decades of wound care experience, they have no idea what's going on, but it's probably my fault and definitely not their fault even though the only difference between her healthy ear and infected one, is a post change at their facility. Rude, unprofessional, expensive, and zero compassion. Three days later, I've changed her irritated ear jewelry on my own back to the original barbell, washed her piercing with tattoo goo piercing soap, drained the inflammation from her earlobe, and applied hot compresses and SILVER SULFADIAZINE cream per a doctor's medical recommendation and it's looking 10,000 times better, no thanks whatsoever to the she/hers @ Black Diamond Piercing.
