We had a little bit of trouble finding the place as he doesn't have a sign yet, but once we found it we were pleasantly surprised. Once inside you're met with a very clean waiting room with comfortable seating. It's a very calm environment which is important when you're having anxiety about getting a needle shoved through your body. Jay was very laid back, funny, extremely informative and knowledgeable. He was also understanding and did what he could to calm my nerves. It's been probably 18 years since I had gotten a piercing so I was a tiny bit on edge. He answered every obnoxious question my friend and I had without getting annoyed... if he was annoyed he certainly is good at hiding it. The entire process was really quick. I appreciated that because the longer something takes...the more time I have to get worked up over it. Once he was done he explained where the used needles go and where he sends the tools to be sterilized. When it came time to pay he went over what to use for cleaning. I met with both the owner, Christian and the guy who would become my artist, Ricky Waite. I showed them what I was looking to get and booked an appointment for 3-4 weeks later. Long story short, Ricky came up with a design that far exceeded my original expectations. Could not be happier with the result. I will definitely be back. I'm already working on the next design. It smelled nice and everything was clean. The art was tasteful. They sterilized everything and showed us the chemical strip that showed that everything was sterilized. Nicholas was warm and kind and answered all my questions. I was shocked at how painless my septum piercing went; I wanted to add on a service but got scared.
