First off, the place is very clinical. I was turned off from other places I visited that seemed like I was visiting my grandmother's house. They didi extensive testing of my hearing and explained exactly what type of hearing loss I have. I was able to try 2 different models and then make my decision. They included unlimited batteries with my purchase. The follow up visits have been excellent as well. They test my ability to hear and adjust accordingly. With 35 centers across the West, I feel like I can find help if I am out of town and have a problem. I highly recommend My Hearing Centers. I bought my hearing aids form Isaac in the Sandy store, but I am sure any of the locations are excellent.
