He's smiling and carrying on good conversations again. Neurofeedback works!! His first brain mapping showed he was going back & forth between depression and anxiety. They said the standard was 20 sessions, so we agreed. What she did NOT tell us was that for the entire 20 sessions, they would only work on the anxiety! So after his 2nd brain mapping, we were told they now needed to work on his depression ($$$$) for another 20 sessions!! My question was why were they not doing 10 on depression and 10 on anxiety, since he was struggling with both! They asked me to put a credit card on file for "incidentals" like supplements, nutritionist. They scheduled a meeting with my son & I for the following Tuesday to review the 2nd brain mapping, but called him at 3:40 on the Thursday before telling him they could see him at 4:00. They did not call me to meet him there. After this meeting, they told him he needed another round of 20 more sessions! They told him my credit card was on file, so he said okay. At no point did they call me and ask my permission to charge $$$$ my card. They took advantage of my 19 year old son, who is not an authorized user on my credit card. That charge was a lot more than an "incidental"! The people at ReNuYou need to remember that they are not the only neurofeedback center in town...

They offer a wide range of therapy services because they have at least a dozen mental health professionals available. From counseling to brainspotting, it's super impressive all they have to offer for people of all ages. It was super easy to schedule the first appointment directly on their website. The form asks you for your preferences and you can request a specific therapist as well. It took only a couple of days for them to contact me to schedule the first appointment. They ask you to fill out an intake form that gives them more context, all can be submitted electronically. They are also very responsive via text messages. I have been going to my therapist for almost a year now and I can't rave enough about them. It has been life changing and I'm so glad I found them. I also have other friends that come to Resolve and even though they have different therapists, they also highly recommend them. I always go to this office on Lewis but they also have another location on 21st and Columbia Ave. The main entrance is on the west side of the building and the office is located on the second floor.

When I finally spoke to someone for just 15 minutes, they had the audacity to make unauthorized charges for this so-called 'appointment.' After months of lies, they continued to claim I would receive my $230 worth of supplements "soon", only for them to arrive in July--conveniently upon arrival, shipped just two days before. After six months of frustration and being strung along, I asked for a full refund. Instead of making it right, the owner dismissed me completely. (See photo below.) My daughter has always struggled with low self-esteem, high anxiety and depression. After several years of counseling with little improvement, we decided to try neurofeedback; we have always wanted to stay away from medication and their side effects. From our first meeting Anna was always very attentive and highly involved in helping my daughter. She was always available to us when we had questions and concerns, and she was flexible with our busy schedule, which helped us tremendously. After 11 sessions my daughter was able to audition for solo projects in choir! Never before would we have ever thought that possible. She has been more socially active with higher confidence in herself and so much happier with life. We cannot thank Anna enough for helping my daughter.

I initially booked because I was in the process of moving, changing jobs, and in the middle of an over-all upside down life transition. I was having difficulty sleeping and making time for myself. I am so grateful I took an hour of my time to spend on her table. When I arrived, she greeted me warmly and gave me a cup of herbal tea. The table was comfortable and she walked me through exactly what she would be doing. Then, the magic. I definitely felt the moment my body was at ease as she put warm packs on my joints and I drifted in and out of consciousness. Was it sleep? Deep relaxation? I don't recall, but as a wholistic practitioner myself I can say I hope to send future clients to her to experience what I did.
