I knew the amount was ridiculous so said I would think about it. I went ahead and had Lower do the job for half the cost. Also it only took about an hour and a half to reroute the piping. It wasn't rocket science. We tried to use a local company to support the community, but I don't like being overcharged. This is really a poor business practice.

Was told,"no". They quoted us $1,800. to replace all the lines from both sinks as they were old and full of lime and other build up. So we called Hogle's Plumbing for a 2bd opinion & quote. They came out, cleaned out the filters for both in about an hour and cleaned the single line for each. Water flew out of each sink like they were brand new. Total cost: $206.00 A far cry from the $1,800 that O'Hara would've charged.

He tightened what needed to be tightened and showed me in my basement where the shut off value is to prevent any further leaking.
