Steve dealt with the permits, inspections, and whole lot of rock!! They did a great job at the exact price he quoted me. They were very prompt in getting the job done. Called Downing to clean septic tank, driver came out, looked over the situation and indicated the…read morewashout line was likely clogged, but decided to empty tank anyhow to see if it would fix the problem $225. it didn't, he told me he would manually wire the washout for $200, figured ok, this is a time consuming process. Nope, he did it while tank was still draining, 3 minutes to clear the washout. Expected me to pay $200 for 3 minutes work. Told him I'd give him $50 for his labor. I then asked to speak to the owner, he claimed he was the owner. Very disappointed. Final Bill $475 for 45 minutes of work.
